Through the implementation of assistance projects, the Three Gorges Group has helped Fengjie to strengthen the ecological industrial park, expand the system of entrepreneurship parks for returning to their hometowns, build employment assistance workshops, support their hometowns to start businesses, and promote rural revitalization. Since 2020, Fengjie County has opened a total of 12,000 market entities that have returned to their hometowns, driving 38,500 people to achieve "doorstep" employment.

Since 2019, the Three Gorges Group has introduced the full-film double-ridge and furrow planting technology, guided the people to carry out scientific planting by providing free plastic film and chemical fertilizer to the villagers of Xigou Village, and successively purchased 44 sets of agricultural machinery and equipment for Xigou Village, and built a 1,080-square-meter agricultural machinery warehouse to help Xigou Village modernize its agriculture.
Hubei Wufeng

The average altitude of Hanmachi Village, Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Hubei Province is 800 meters, the climate is warm and humid, the soil is loose and fertile, suitable for the growth of tea trees, and the village has a total of more than 8,000 acres of tea fields.
Based on local characteristic resources, the Three Gorges Group has helped Hanmachi Village to build a tea tourism integration complex project, completed the construction of infrastructure such as the handmade tea frying experience corridor, the tea garden ecological walking path, the leisure viewing pavilion, and the ecological slope protection and improvement of the rivers on both sides, so as to create new ways of industrial consumption such as visiting tea gardens and experiencing new tea picking and hand-roasted tea.
