Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Office of the Institutional Establishment Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, the Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, the Anhui Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Anhui Provincial Forestry Bureau issued the "Notice on Issuing the 2024 Provincial Grassroots Agricultural Technology Extension Talent Orientation Training Plan", which determined that the targeted training of grassroots agricultural technology promotion talents in the province in 2024 involves 210 people in 13 majors in 6 targeted training universities. Among them, the province issued a total of 20 people in the 2024 grassroots agricultural technology promotion talent orientation training plan in Xuancheng City, accounting for 9.5% of the province's total, involving 4 people in our city, including 3 undergraduates and 1 junior college, covering agronomy, agricultural mechanization and automation, smart agriculture, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.
It is reported that the number of targeted training students will be included in the enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities in Anhui Province, and they will be admitted in batches in advance. The tuition fees paid by students during the school period will be subsidized in the form of post-subsidy. After graduation, students must go to the designated township to undertake agricultural technology extension work in the institutions that undertake agricultural technology extension work, sign the employment contract of public institution personnel, and enjoy the treatment according to the personnel of township and township institutions, and the service period after graduation shall not be less than 5 years.
