In order to severely crack down on illegal and criminal conduct such as evading or resisting enforcement in accordance with law, on the basis of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China", "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Publication of Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters", and other legal provisions, the following judgment defaulters who refuse to perform the obligations set forth in effective legal documents are hereby publicly exposed, and are to be included in the Supreme People's Court's Judgment Defaulters Database.

Special reminder
Judgment defaulters may apply for removal from the Judgment Defaulters List if they meet the following circumstances:
- The obligations set forth in the effective legal documents have been fully performed;
- An enforcement settlement agreement is reached with the person applying for enforcement, and the person applying for enforcement confirms that the performance has been completed;
- The people's court rules to terminate enforcement in accordance with law.
If you have been included in the Judgment Defaulters List before and now meet the above requirements, please contact the court to delete your information from the Judgment Defaulters List. (This refers to the deletion from the column of the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network)
