According to the content of the exercise, the county flood control and drought relief headquarters issued an order at 16 o'clock in the afternoon of May 11 to mobilize six township rescue teams involved in the flood detention area, the county fire and rescue brigade, the county emergency comprehensive rescue team and the blue sky water rescue team to rush to the Laowangpo flood detention area Henan Shuitou Bainong Industry Development Co., Ltd. to standby, and the nine rescue teams that received the order were assembled in place within the time required by the flood prevention command.
