Among them, a total of eight players from Chinese mainland participated in the competition, they are Yin Ruoning, Lin Xiyu, Liu Yu, Liu Yan, Yin Xiaowen, Yan Jing, and newcomers Liu Yiyi and Zeng Liqi.
Siyang Zhang, a Chinese-American and Stanford student, made nine birdies in the first round without bogeys and shot a 63, her career-low and course record. She shot a 68 with five birdies and one bogey in the second round for a total of 131 in the first two rounds, 13-under. Sweden's Madeleine Sagerstum also shot a two-round 131 (65-66) to tie the lead.

In addition, American player Nellie Korda played a wonderful second round! Shot a two-round 135 (69-66), nine under par and sitting alone in third place. Chinese Jinhua Liu Yan shot a two-round 138 (68-70), 6 under par, and was alone in fourth place!

Liu Yan played a big ups and downs in the first round, she shot -5 in the first six holes, but unfortunately encountered a countercurrent in the middle, and handed over a 68 with 1 eagle, 5 birdies, 1 bogey and 1 double bogey in the first round.

In the second round, Liu Yan started from the No. 1 hole at 9:05 a.m. local time, and birdied the No. 2 hole shortly after the start, but then made a mistake on the No. 3 hole and swallowed a bogey, but fortunately this did not affect Liu Yan's state, and birdied again on the No. 3 hole to get a point back, but there was another mistake on the No. 6 hole, and the first nine of the second round ended with an even-par finish. After the transition, Liu Yan made back-to-back birdies on the 10th and 11th holes, which was very exciting! However, from the 13th to the 17th holes, the results fluctuated, which can be summed up as "one bogey and one birdie", and in the end, Liu Yan's second-round score was fixed at 70 (-2).
China's Liu Yi shot a 69 with six birdies and three bogeys in the first round and a 71 with five birdies and four bogeys in the second round for a two-round total of 140, four under par and tied for sixth place.

At 12:48 p.m. local time, Liu Yiyi started from the 10th hole in the second round, Liu Yiyi maintained her playing rhythm, caught two birdies on the first nine holes, but also swallowed 2 bogeys, and the back nine still had ups and downs, and her state can also be described by the cycle of "one bogey after birdie", the 3rd hole made a mistake, swallowed a bogey, 4th hole caught 1 birdie, 5th hole swallowed a bogey, 6th hole birdie again, and finally, 8th hole and 1 birdie made Liu Yiyi's second round score to 71 under par 1.
China's Jinhua Lin Xiyu played a solid first round, swallowing the only bogey of the first round on the 6th hole, and handed in a 68 with five birdies and one bogey. There were more errors in the second round, and the two-round total of 141 (68-73) was 3 under par and tied for 16th.

In the second round, Lin Xiyu started from the No. 1 hole at 8:21 a.m. local time, and made a birdie on the No. 2 hole shortly after the start, and then slipped to swallow bogeys on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th holes, respectively, to finish the top nine with a score of +3. After the transition, Lin Xiyu rebounded and birdied the 10th and 12th holes in succession, successfully recovering two points, and finally handed over a 73 with three birdies and four bogeys in the second round.
The other two Chinese Jinhua players who made the cut were inconsistent in two rounds, with China's first sister Yin Ruoning shooting four birdies and two bogeys in the first round to shoot a 70, and a two-birdie and four bogeys in the second round for a total of 144 and tied for 48th. Yan Jing shot a first-round 73 and a second-round 72 with two birdies and two bogeys for a total of 145, one over par and tied for 61st.
Among the other Chinese players, Zeng Liqi shot a 75 with two birdies, three bogeys and one double bogey in the second round, while Yin Xiaowen shot a 79 with five bogeys and one bogey, both of whom shot 148 (+4) in both rounds. Liu Yu shot a second-round 74 for a total of 149 (75-74). All three players were unfortunately unable to qualify for the tournament.
