The drill site simulated the flooding of the railway line due to sudden rainstorm, and the subsidence of the roadbed caused the train to derail; After discovering that there is a train derailment ahead, the passenger train makes an emergency stop to avoid danger; Air conditioning failure of passenger train for evacuation and sudden illness of passengers; A variety of emergency scenarios such as the disconnection of the signal equipment of the command and the overturning of the power supply catenary pillars. The 12 emergency rescue teams participating in the drill responded quickly and coordinated to complete the recovery of the derailed train and the repair of equipment at the fastest speed. During the rehearsal of the scene in the carriage, the conductor led the train staff to calm the passengers' emotions, distribute emergency supplies, maintain on-site order, and make every effort to ensure the safety of passengers' lives and property in accordance with the emergency division of labor.
This year's flood season in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia will start from May 15, China Railway Hohhot Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has completed a total of 120 flood control projects before the flood season, and organized more than 12,000 people to investigate 13,000 kilometers of lines and 16,000 bridges and culverts in the pipeline. Establish an information sharing mechanism with the Meteorological Bureau, the Earthquake Bureau, the Emergency Department and other departments of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to do a good job in disaster pre-research and judgment. 419 sets of rainfall monitoring equipment and 399 sets of real-time video monitoring systems have been set up along the railway line, UAV aerial photography and modeling have been carried out, and integrated technical defense methods of "sky, air and ground" have been applied to ensure flood control safety. Formulate various emergency plans and management methods, increase the reserve of emergency rescue materials, do a good job in pre-flood flood prevention training and drills, and effectively improve flood prevention and emergency rescue capabilities.
