According to Chengdu Rongbei Business District, on May 11, the first batch of residential buildings of the CCIC Smart Transportation City Industrial Center project was successfully capped, marking an important phased progress in the construction of the project.
The project is located on the northeast side of the intersection of West 3rd Lane of North Railway Station and West 1st Road of North Railway Station in Jinniu District, at the junction of the landscape axis of Rongbei Park and the development axis of Renmin North Road in Rongbei Business District, Chengdu, and close to the green heart of Rongbei Park. With a total investment of about 2.8 billion yuan, covering an area of about 47 acres and a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters, the construction content includes super high-rise office buildings, dynamic park commercial blocks, ecological residences and supporting facilities, etc., which are developed, constructed and operated by Chengdu Jiaotou Rongbei Industry City Construction and Development Co., Ltd.
The project positioning focuses on the large transportation industry matrix dominated by smart transportation, and builds an innovation incubation platform covering the whole industry of smart transportation with Chengdu Jiaotong Investment smart transportation industry system and big data resources of the transportation industry as the elements, forming an industrial ecosystem of "R&D + incubation + acceleration". With the theme of "Exploring Diversified Business Formats + Smart Digital Smart City Development Model", it was rated as one of the top ten demonstration projects in the field of forward-looking design of future park cities in Chengdu in 2023, establishing the influence of city-level benchmark projects.
It is reported that in the early stage of project construction, the Rongbei Business District Service Bureau actively connected with Rongbei Industrial City Development Company, fully studied and judged the difficulties and pain points of the project construction, and coordinated with relevant departments at the district level to coordinate the major and difficult problems of the project in terms of scheme design, reporting regulations and construction, etc., laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
Faced with difficulties such as complex geological conditions, many underground obstacles, staggered pipelines, narrow sites, and limited traffic conditions, Chengdu Rongbei Business District Service Bureau actively communicated with the surrounding owners and units to coordinate underground communication lines and other related matters to help the smooth construction of the project.
In the next step, Chengdu Rongbei Business District will closely focus on Chengdu's "three excellent and stronger", combine the regional population size, structure, layout and industrial characteristics, focus on promoting the construction and implementation of major projects in the area, and contribute to the construction of Tianfu Chengdu Beicheng New Center in Jinniu District to implement the new development concept.
