Mother's Day is full of books! In order to carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, promote parent-child exchanges, and build a healthy and harmonious parent-child relationship. From May 8th to 11th, the Heyang County Youth Volunteer Association walked into Heichi Town Central Primary School, Nanwa Primary School, Majiazhuang Kindergarten and Fulifang Primary School to carry out a series of theme activities of the "Children's Xing Plan" Reading and Growth Project Thanksgiving Mother's Day.
01. "Scholarly Cultivation Spirit, Reading Enlightens Wisdom Life" Mother's Day Reading Sharing Session
"Mother's love is a pair of long chopsticks that clip delicious dishes for me; Mother's love is a colorful leather band, tie me beautiful braids...... "In the classrooms of Fulifang Primary School and Heichi Town Central Primary School, more than 80 left-behind children enjoy reading under the leadership of young volunteer lecturers Liu Xiaojian and Yang Ying. The lecturers shared the origin and meaning of Mother's Day with the children, guided children of different ages to recite "The Wanderer's Song" and "Mother's Love", and shared their understanding and harvest of poetry. Subsequently, under the guidance of the teacher, the children made "Mother's Day" cards, immature language, loving pictures, and the children expressed their love for their mothers in their own unique ways. At the end of the activity, the children worked in small groups to answer the question "What is true love?" "How do we respond to mom's love in our lives?" and other issues were intensively discussed. 02. "Mom's Red Sofa" picture book reading
Dang Xiaoying, a young volunteer lecturer, walked into Nanwa Primary School in Heichi Town and brought a unique class to the children: me and my mother. She used the story of "Meng's Mother Three Migrations" and the story of mothers in the animal kingdom who love their babies to tell the greatness of maternal love, and guide children to learn to be grateful to their mothers. In the picture book stories narrated by Dangdang teachers, the children immersed themselves in the transformation and situation of the characters of "Mother's Red Sofa", and actively shared their own parent-child stories, and the classroom atmosphere was relaxed and happy. In the handicraft process, the children showed their skills, folding colored paper, painting, coloring, twisting, pasting, and every step was done carefully and carefully. When the last petal was pasted, the children held up their own bouquets, their eyes full of pride and joy. "This class made me feel the difficulty of my mother and the love of my mother." After a brief introduction of ......", the children and parents of Majiazhuang Kindergarten gradually let go of themselves under the cheerful background music and followed the teacher into the world of love: the story uses the performance of a pair of rabbits to condense the most primitive mother-child feelings in life into a short dialogue. The little rabbit desperately used actions and words to express his love for his mother, but no matter how he compared, his love was always no match for his mother's love, and finally fell asleep under the thick of maternal love. After the picture book sharing, Ms. Song guided the children to learn a variety of expressions of love in different languages and actions, so that they could learn to be grateful, understand their mother's hardships, and learn to love everyone around them.
