3. Selection and recruitment procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration time

(2) Preliminary examination and assessment
The Guangming District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports will select the best candidates to participate in the assessment according to the matching degree of the overall quality of the candidates and the selected positions. The basic pass line is set for the assessment, and the basic pass line of the candidate's assessment score is 70 points, and the candidates who do not reach 70 points will not be hired. (3) Review and physical examination

(5) Handling onboarding

8. Employment

2. Registration and preliminary examination of qualifications

(4) Preliminary examination of qualifications
The street selection committee will select the candidates to participate in the assessment according to the professional academic background and relevance, academic performance and the matching degree of the selected position. Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications will be notified by text message or phone call, and will not be notified if they do not pass.
3. Examinations
The format, time and venue of the examination will be notified separately. After passing the preliminary examination of qualifications, qualified candidates will enter the examination process. Uniformly delineate the passing score line of the examination, and candidates whose examination scores are lower than the passing score line will not be hired.
Fourth, physical examination
The list of those who have entered the physical examination will be announced on the online website of the Guangming District Government after the examination. Those who have obtained the qualification for physical examination must go to the hospital for physical examination within 3 working days from the date of issuance of the physical examination notice, and the physical examination report shall be submitted together with the qualification review. Those who do not attend the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically; Those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be hired. 5. Qualification review
Personnel who have passed the physical examination shall be reviewed and inspected by our unit for their qualifications, and shall conduct a comprehensive investigation of their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, etc., in combination with the requirements of the job.
6. Publicity and employment
The candidates who have passed the examination, physical examination and qualification review shall be publicized on the online website of the Guangming District Government for no less than 5 working days, and after the publicity has no objection, they shall be determined as candidates for employment.
7. Handle onboarding
Candidates who are determined to be hired shall sign a labor contract with a third-party human resources agency, and implement a probationary period system, which is included in the employment period of the post. Those who are qualified at the end of the probationary period shall continue to be employed; If the probationary period fails to pass the assessment or it is found that it does not meet the qualifications for the recruitment position during the probationary period, the employment will be cancelled.
8. Nature of employment
