"Today's event site is very close to our unit, there is still some distance from my home, I saw some light rain in the morning, I set off early, on the bus was worried about whether the activity could be carried out normally, I didn't expect to arrive a little early, saw that there were already residents waiting, put down things and quickly began to get busy." Chen said with a smile.
In the knife sharpening service area, several teams started at the same time, and the sound of the machine was mixed with the sound of the grinding of the knives, accompanied by the "sparks" that sometimes rubbed off from time to time, and the scene was very lively. Wang Gang, a volunteer from the volunteer service team of Licang Bus No. 8 Branch, is constantly polishing the knives sent by residents, one after another, to deal with this wave of "small peaks".
In order to participate in the event, he drove 60 kilometers back and forth, in order to arrive on time, he set off at less than 7 o'clock in the morning.
"Going into the community to serve the residents is a very meaningful thing in itself, I don't care about the distance, things are man-made, the farther I run, the longer my activity trajectory is, and it is also very rewarding to think about it." Wang Baoqing told reporters.

"I have been participating in Xinxin Xiangying for a long time, and every time I walk into a new community, discover the needs of the residents, and do my best to help them, I feel that the process is very healing, and every recognition and encouragement from the residents has also become the motivation for me to keep moving forward." Yu Baogang introduced.
Similarly, the jewelry cleaning area is also well received by residents, bracelets, necklaces, rings and other kinds of jewelry are neatly arranged, volunteers from machine washing to hand wiping, round by round operation, perfect removal of the surface of the jewelry, restore the former brilliance and color, this service can be said to be delivered to everyone's heart.

"In order to further enrich the cultural life of community residents and improve the sense of gain of community residents, we actively respond to the call of the street and send high-quality public service resources into the community, especially the services of wearing horses and sharpening knives. Through this activity, the distance between the community and the residents has been further narrowed, the relationship between the neighbors has been harmonized, and more inspiration has been given to the future livelihood service work of our community.
