In order to effectively prevent and make every effort to reduce alcohol-related crimes, public security incidents and road traffic accidents, and ensure the stability and orderliness of social security in the city's jurisdiction, from 23 o'clock on May 9 to 2 a.m. on May 10, the city's public security organs organized the first round of centralized and unified action for the investigation and rectification of alcohol-related establishments and alcohol-related traffic violations, and strictly achieved the three "strict" to eliminate the hidden dangers of alcohol and purify the public security environment in the jurisdiction.
Strictly manage key places to remove hidden dangers
The city's public security departments and police stations carry out "assault" and "carpet" safety inspections and reminders around KTV, Di Gao Hall, slow shake bars, bars, barbecue stalls, night markets and other alcohol-related places, and remind business owners and persons in charge of safety to stop them in a timely manner, strictly investigate and deal with illegal acts in accordance with the law, and at the same time, inspect and remind the fire safety and food safety of business premises.
Strictly investigate traffic violations and prevent accidents
The city's public security traffic police department is on the road, focusing on hotels, catering industries, KTV, barbecue stalls and other public entertainment venues and surrounding key road sections, increasing the density and frequency of road investigations, focusing on "two passengers, one danger and one cargo", vans, motorcycles, private cars, etc., and adopting a combination of fixed-point investigation and patrol investigation, strictly investigating and punishing serious traffic violations such as drunk driving and drunk driving, and putting an end to the occurrence of alcohol-related traffic accidents.
Strict patrol prevention and control to protect safety
The city's public security special patrol police department relies on the "double fast" policing mechanism and the "1, 3, 5" minute rapid response mechanism, increases the investment of police forces, strengthens the explicit use of police, and each combat unit hoards police on the street, and comprehensively patrols vehicles, rides, and foot patrols, etc., to strengthen the patrol prevention and control and social investigation of alcohol-related establishments and crowded places, improve the rate of police sightings and management on the streets, effectively deter illegal crimes, and effectively enhance the people's sense of security.
During the operation, the city's public security organs dispatched a total of 1,774 police personnel and 410 police cars, inspected 614 alcohol-related establishments, investigated and dealt with 26 cases of drunk driving and 41 cases of drunk driving, inspected 199 key target units, investigated 1,805 key groups, resolved 4 contradictions and disputes, rescued 2 drunk people, carried out 18 people to persuade alcohol, investigated 145 potential safety hazards, found that 6 companies had not implemented the "five musts" registration system, and issued 3 copies of the "Public Security Recommendation Letter". In the next step, the public security organs at all levels in Lincang City will also carry out the investigation of alcohol-related establishments and the rectification of alcohol-related violations on a regular basis, so as to stop alcohol-related violations and crimes from the root cause and provide a safe, stable and harmonious social environment for the people.
