It is hoped that the Philippines and the United States will treat the South China Sea issue rationally, refrain from any actions that may exacerbate tensions, and jointly promote peace and prosperity in the South China Sea.
At the same time, the international community should maintain an objective and impartial position on the South China Sea issue and uphold international law and regional stability in an impartial manner. All countries should strengthen communication and cooperation, work together to promote the proper settlement of the South China Sea issue, and make positive contributions to regional peace and development.
