1. Enrollment Target
(1) Enrollment targets
1. The enrollment targets of the first kindergarten of Qingqing District, the second kindergarten of Qingqing District and the third kindergarten of Qingqing District are children who are at least 3 years old and less than 5 years old (that is, born between September 1, 2019 and August 31, 2021).
2. The enrollment targets of Qingxin District Kindergarten and Qingxin District Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (main park and branch park) are children who are at least 3 years old and less than 6 years old (that is, born between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2021).
(2) Enrollment conditions
School-age children legally reside in the central city and meet one of the following conditions:
1. School-age children with household registration in the central urban area of Qingqing District, Qingyuan City;
2. School-age children of personnel who enjoy relevant preferential education policies (children of active duty soldiers, children of martyrs, children of personnel of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, children of public security heroes and police officers who have died in the line of duty and are disabled, children of six types of high-level talents in the city, and children of licensed talents recognized by the district as enjoying preferential policies for school admission, etc.);
3. School-age children who are not registered in the central urban area of Qingqing District, Qingyuan City (including household registration outside Qingqing District);
4. School-age children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents holding residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.
2. Enrollment plan
(1) The first kindergarten in Qingxin District: 125 students in the small class and 30 students in the middle class.
(2) The second kindergarten of Qingxin District: 125 students in the small class and 30 students in the middle class.
(3) The third kindergarten of Qingxin District: 125 students in the small class and 30 students in the middle class.
(4) Kindergarten of Qingxin District: 150 students in the small class, 30 in the middle class and 35 in the large class.
(5) Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (Main Park), Qingxin District: 75 students in the small class, 30 in the middle class, and 30 in the large class.
(6) Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (sub-park) in Qingxin District: 50 students in the small class, 30 students in the middle class, and 35 students in the large class.
3. Materials to be submitted for degree application
The application for this degree will be registered by on-site submission of materials, and the following materials shall be provided if the conditions are met:
(1) School-age children with household registration in the central urban area of Qingxin District

2. Original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate;
3. Original and photocopy of household registration booklet for children and parents.
(2) The school-age children of those who enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the government (the children of the city's six categories of high-level talents, the children of martyrs, the children of active soldiers, the children of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, the children of public security heroes and police officers who have died in the line of duty and are disabled, and the children of personnel holding the "Qingxin District Senior Talent Certificate", etc.)

4. Housing Certificates:
(1) If the legal guardian buys a house in the central urban area of Qingxin District, he or she shall submit:
The original and photocopy of the real estate property certificate, house ownership certificate, legal house purchase contract or certificate of the result of the inquiry of real estate registration data issued by the housing management department.
(2) If the legal guardian rents a house in the central urban area of Qingxin District, he or she shall submit:
The original and photocopy of the rental contract, the landlord's real estate ownership certificate, house ownership certificate, legal house purchase contract or proof of the result of the real estate registration data inquiry, etc.
(4) School-age children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents holding residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents
1. Degree application form;
2. Original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate;
3. Residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;
4. Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents of young children and parents;
5. Housing Certificates:
(1) If the legal guardian buys a house in the central urban area of Qingxin District, he or she shall submit:
The original and photocopy of the real estate property certificate, house ownership certificate, legal house purchase contract or certificate of the result of the inquiry of real estate registration data issued by the housing management department.
(2) If the legal guardian rents a house in the central urban area of Qingxin District, he or she shall submit:
The original and photocopy of the rental contract, the landlord's real estate ownership certificate, house ownership certificate, legal house purchase contract or proof of the result of the real estate registration data inquiry, etc.
All certificates, certificates, and certificates must be verified in original (returned after on-site verification) and photocopies (kept on file in kindergarten).

The second kindergarten in Qingxin District: next to the third primary school in Qingquan Road District, Taihe Town, Qingqing District;
The Third Kindergarten of Qingqing District: District 28, Qingqing District (the second row on the west side of Industrial Avenue, north of Xinning Road);
Kindergarten of Qingxin District: No. 12, East Second Street, Taihe Town, Qingqing District;
Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (Main Park), Qingxin District: No. 71, Qinghe Avenue, Taihe Town, Qingqing District, next to the Second Middle School of Qingqing District;
Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (Branch Park), Qinghe District: No. 132, Qinghe Avenue, Taihe Town, next to Taihe Town Center Primary School.
5. Enrollment Methods
(1) Admission procedures
1. According to the registration of children who meet the enrollment requirements, priority will be given to school-age children with household registration in the central urban area of Qingqing District, Qingyuan City, and school-age children who enjoy relevant preferential education policies. (If the number of such registrations is less than or equal to the planned number of kindergartens, the full number of registrations will be admitted; If the number of such registrations is greater than the number of kindergarten enrollment plans, admission will be made by open lottery).
2. After admitting the children in the above circumstances, if there are surplus places, they will be supplemented among the children who meet the registered number (if the number of registered children is less than or equal to the surplus number of places in the kindergarten, the full number of registered children will be admitted; If the number of registered students exceeds the number of places available in kindergartens, admission will be made by open ballot).
3. After the admission of the children in the above circumstances, if there are still surplus places, the kindergarten will enroll independently, and priority will be given to the school-age children who choose to adjust the degree application form.
(2) Methods for public lottery
Children in the kindergarten registration after receiving the number, the number as a voucher for the on-site lottery, the implementation of one person, one vote, twins or multiple children share a lottery voucher, the lottery can be obtained at the same time to enter the qualification, otherwise, that is, did not obtain the qualification to enter the kindergarten. Parents must keep the number in a safe place and will not replace it if it is lost.
VI. Enrollment Procedures
(1) On-site registration: May 14-May 18 (8:00-12:00 a.m., 14:00-17:45 p.m.). Parents bring the "Freshman Degree Application Form" (the degree application form is downloaded from the WeChat public account of the kindergarten or received in the kindergarten guard room), the original and copy of the degree application materials to the kindergarten for on-site review, and if the application conditions are met, the application is approved and signed on the application form to confirm, and the application form and information are submitted to the kindergarten for preservation, and the lottery number is received at the same time; Under any of the following circumstances, the kindergarten will not accept applications for places:
1. The materials are incomplete, false or do not meet the application requirements;
2. The age does not meet the requirements of the first point of enrollment.
Those who do not apply for a degree within the specified time without the kindergarten review materials shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications to apply for a degree.
(2) Qualification review: May 19, verify the registration information.
(3) Qualification publicity: From May 20th to May 22nd, the kindergarten WeChat public account and the kindergarten door will publicize the list of children who meet the enrollment conditions.
(4) Public lottery: At 9:00 a.m. on May 23, the on-site lottery will be drawn and the results will be announced. The notaries who participated were: 1 representative of the District Education Bureau Office (Discipline Supervision Group), 1 representative of the Education Unit, 2 representatives of teaching staff, 30 representatives of parents, and kindergarten leaders.
(5) Announce the list of children to be admitted: From May 24th to May 28th, the list of children to be admitted will be announced. Announce the list of children to be admitted on the WeChat public account of the kindergarten and at the entrance of the kindergarten. If the applicant has objections to the publicity list, you can submit a written application to the kindergarten during the publicity period, the kindergarten will reply to the applicant in writing within 3 working days of the review results, and the admission list will not be changed after the announcement of no objection.
(6) Physical examination: After the child obtains the qualification to enter the kindergarten, he or she shall go to the relevant public medical institutions for physical examination in accordance with the guidelines of the kindergarten, and can only enter the kindergarten after passing the physical examination.
(7) Registration: From June 3rd to 4th, parents will register in the kindergarten with their household registration booklet, lottery number, and physical examination card.
7. Other notes
(A) the first kindergarten in Qingxin District, the second kindergarten in Qingxin District, the third kindergarten in Qingxin District, Qingxin District Kindergarten, Qingxin District Taihe Town Center Kindergarten (main park, branch park) enrollment work at the same time, each child can only choose 1 kindergarten to apply for a degree and submit application materials, if found in the qualification audit of the same child in two or more kindergartens to apply for a degree and submit application information, it is directly determined to be unqualified for the qualification review, cancel its registration qualifications.

(3) Applicants must truthfully fill in and submit application materials. Anyone who forges or submits false information or materials will be disqualified from applying for a degree and entering the park, and will be handed over to the public security organ for investigation and responsibility in accordance with the law.
(4) Failure to submit application materials within the specified time will not be accepted after the deadline.
