Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) Beijing part of the airside liaison road project by Beijing Daxing District Lixian Town Baishuzhuang Village and Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone (Daxing) Management Committee consultation, and by the Baishuzhuang Village Villager Congress resolution, to expropriate 0.3730 hectares of collective land in Baishuzhuang Village, Lixian Town, Daxing District, Beijing, the project involved in the compensation and resettlement of land is hereby announced as follows:
1. The scope of land to be expropriated and the current status of the land
(A) the scope of land to be expropriated
From the city boundary of Lixian Town, Daxing District in the south, to the 106 plot of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport in the north, the total width of the road is about 12.5 meters (subject to the results of ground nailing).
(B) the status quo of the land to be expropriated
It is planned to expropriate 0.3730 hectares of collective land in Baishuzhuang Village, Lixian Town, Daxing District, Beijing, including 0.0801 hectares of cultivated land, 0.1643 hectares of forest land, 0.1241 hectares of grassland, and 0.0045 hectares of rural roads.
2. Purpose of expropriation
The proposed land acquisition is in line with the "Beijing Master Plan (2016-2035)" and the "Daxing Zoning Plan (Land and Spatial Planning) (2017-2035)", and is intended to be used in the Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) Beijing Part of the Airside Liaison Road Project Proposal (on behalf of the feasibility study report) [Jing Fa Gai (Review) [2022] No. 346] issued by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission Construction of part of the airside liaison road in Beijing.
