It turned out that the young coach had participated in superior training several times and was one of the members of the detachment's specialized teaching team. The officers and men told us that the instructors are all top-notch professionals selected from the grassroots level, and they can only take up their posts to teach after they have achieved excellent results after intensive training. Thanks to the implementation of specialized teaching, they have cultivated a team of professional coaches by sending out to learn and inviting experts to teach.
In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the "four modernizations" group training method of basic training (specialized teaching, intensive group training, simulated training, and standardized assessment), since the beginning of the year, the detachment has actively explored methods and ways to grasp the fine training and management of training from the perspective of planning and control, practice grasping, training quality and efficiency, and assessment standards, vigorously excavating high-quality teaching resources, scientifically allocating training resources, and setting up the orientation of actual combat training, so as to achieve the purpose of unifying thinking, rational thinking, setting standards, and teaching methods, and realizing the "shift and speed" of combat effectiveness.
Specialized teaching, famous teachers produce high apprentices
In order to solve the problems of insufficient theoretical knowledge reserves, insufficient accumulation of training experience, and low level of practical operation of coaches, the detachment integrates teaching resources, gathers excellent coaches to demonstrate and teach, organizes grassroots units to observe and learn, and focuses on passing, helping, teaching and leading important and difficult subjects.
At the same time, make good use of the "big and squadron leader day" activity carrier, in accordance with the idea of visiting and learning in January, the standard of course demonstration in February, and the way of solving problems in expert teaching in March, adopt the method of "going out, inviting in, and researching by yourself", standardize the organization and implementation of team training, and set up assessment standards.

At the same time, in order to solve the problems of limited sites, insufficient equipment, and deviations in equipment, and to give full play to the resources of training sites, the organs have sorted out the construction and deployment of training grounds in various units, formulated a "site sharing plan" according to the distance between units, and set up three training levels, "primary, intermediate, and advanced" in view of the characteristics of different tasks, equipment, and personnel technical and tactical levels.
Simulated training, actual combat to win

In view of the problems of inadequate and incomplete training, the detachment explored relying on simulated equipment and simulated environment to carry out actual combat skills training and environmental confrontation training, so as to understand actual combat skills and sharpen their ability to win.
The detachment insisted on seeking combat effectiveness from scientific and technological innovation, actively promoted the construction of intensive and efficient specialized training rooms, systematically optimized the overall structure, and explored the construction and practical application of "public warehouses" and "specialized training rooms" in advance, so as to provide a model for the construction of basic training conditions for the troops. At the same time, it actively coordinated with friendly and neighboring units to sign agreements on the sharing of training venues, rationally allocated training resources, and coordinated the integration and sharing of special training rooms of the troops stationed in the area in accordance with the idea of "multi-purpose and integrated sharing," so that officers and men could practice their skills and strengthen their quality in an unfamiliar environment, and promote the smooth transition and seamless connection of training from "simulation" to "actual combat."
Standardized assessment, assessment and inspection effectiveness

Combined with the quarterly "Outline" evaluation, the organ sent a professional assessment team to cooperate with the brigade to conduct a unified assessment of the training completed in this quarter, measure to the end with a ruler, and solve the problem that it is difficult to objectively evaluate the assessment results and the "multiple people + multiple tests" standard by relying on subjective judgment, so as to make the assessment more standardized, more flexible and fairer.
The coaching team has grown rapidly, training resources have been efficiently integrated, batches of simulation equipment have been put into use, and actual combat assessments are being started. Today, the thick "smoke of gunpowder" in actual combat can be seen everywhere on the detachment's various training grounds.
At a training ground in the field, the reference team had just completed the armed attack, and it was non-stop to study and judge the battlefield situation; In the command center, the chief examiner conducts real-time scoring based on the tactical tactics configuration of each group, the selection of mobile routes, and the handling of special situations...... With the development of standardized assessments that closely follow actual combat, the quality and effectiveness of the troops' training have continued to rise, and the officers and men have answered the question of winning the battle with the results of their training, and are determined to strengthen the army and rejuvenate the army.
