In Guangshui, Hubei, there is such a young couple born in the 90s, who fled the city and built a "villa" in the countryside for only 20,000 yuan.
Their "villas" are made entirely of mud and thatch, but such houses are warm in winter and cool in summer, and even stronger than cement.

The owners of this "villa" are named Shang Jianbo and Wan Tingting.
In fact, the husband and wife did not live in the countryside before, and Shang Jianbo, who was born in 1992, used to work in Wuhan.

After negotiation with their families, the two took out the 30,000 yuan they had when they got married and prepared to build a "villa" in the village.

However, this house is not an ordinary house, but incorporates their ecological concept.
After some investigation, they decided to build this house on their father's duck farm.
Shang Jianbo's father also gave up his career in order to support his son and daughter-in-law and sold all 5,000 ducks.
Soon, they began construction, with Wan Tingting in charge of designing the house and Shang Jianbo in charge of the decoration.
During the construction process, they also posted the plan online, which attracted more than 100 volunteers who love nature to volunteer to help the young couple.

Wan Tingting said that the building materials produced by this cannot even pierce through the iron bar, and the house can even last for 70 years if it is properly maintained.
In the beginning, they used four cows from the village to step on the mud, but the sand and gravel in it often hurt the hooves, so even the cows had to run away when they saw them.
In desperation, they and the volunteers had to go into battle wearing rain boots themselves.
When it was first built, many elderly people in the village were puzzled, after all, young people should go to the big city to develop.
And the couple returned to the village after finishing college, which is simply not a serious job.
But in the face of doubts from the outside world, Shang Jianbo and his wife were not affected in any way, because what they were looking forward to was to build the house as soon as possible.
Finally, in 2019, their "villa" was finally built, and they spent a total of 20,000 yuan in two years.

The completed "villa" has two floors, and it not only has a pair of round eyes, but also a wide nose and a large mouth, as if it has traveled from a fairy tale.
The house also has sofas and most importantly heating and cooling.
The two of them use geothermal exchange air conditioners, and the temperature underground is generally lower in summer than above ground.
So they put the low temperature from the ground into the room in the form of pipes, so that the room will be very cool.
In terms of heating, they built a fire pit where firewood burned with little smoke and warmed the room.
After the house was completed, the young couple lived a secluded life here, and Wan Tingting even moved her household registration directly to Hanjiayan Village.

After Shang Jianbo and his wife's "Tutuan House" became famous, many people came to check in, which once brought trouble to their lives.
