Da S was not satisfied, and applied for reconsideration, and the High Prosecutor's Office remanded it. However, Big S recently withdrew the lawsuit, and today (8th) the Beijing Procuratorate again punished Wang Xiaofei for not prosecuting him.
After Da S and Wang Xiaofei divorced, in March 2022, the two signed an agreement that Wang Xiaofei could no longer set foot in the house in Xinyi District, nor could they prevent others from entering, Da S questioned Wang Xiaofei in order to circumvent the court's enforcement, entrusted 4 high-priced paintings to a driver, and moved them from Da S's residence to S Hotel, so that the paintings could not be found when the Taipei District Court seized them.
In this regard, Wang Xiaofei emphasized that when the painting was moved, it had not been enforced by the court, and the painting was not bought after marrying Da S, it was his personal belongings, and the divorce agreement did not mention the four paintings, so there was no issue of damage to creditor's rights.
After investigation, the prosecution believes that Wang Xiaofei really only wanted to retrieve her personal belongings at that time, and as a result of the mediation between Wang Xiaofei and Da S, it was agreed that Wang Xiaofei would have to pay a total of 180 million yuan in alimony to Da S, and 45.11 million yuan had been paid by August 2023, which shows that Wang Xiaofei has abundant financial resources, and the disposal of 4 paintings will not affect Da S's creditor's rights, so Wang Xiaofei was given a non-prosecution punishment based on insufficient criminal evidence.
Da S was not satisfied, and applied for reconsideration, and the High Prosecutor's Office remanded it. The Taipei District Prosecutor's Office also summoned Big S's mother Huang Chunmei to testify, but Big S withdrew the complaint a few days ago, and the Beijing District Prosecutor's Office again punished Wang Xiaofei today (8th).
