There are 36 students in the class, 22 people go on to further studies, the rate of further studies is 61%, 21 people are admitted to graduate school, and the domestic postgraduate entrance examination rate is 58%, of which two dormitories are all admitted to graduate school, and the rest of the students have been employed, and 100% of the class has implemented their graduation destinations. This is the B201604 class of information engineering at the School of Applied Technology of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Founded in June 2020, the College of Applied Technology is a college set up by SUPT to meet the needs of higher education and economic and social development in Jiangsu Province. In September 2022, 36 students gathered at the School of Applied Technology of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. In the preparation for the postgraduate examination, the class committee members spontaneously form study groups according to the target colleges and majors of the classmates. Everyone helped each other and encouraged each other in the process of preparing for the exam, and finally shined: 28 people signed up for the exam, and finally 21 people went ashore for the domestic postgraduate examination, and 1 person went overseas for further study, with a further study rate of over 61%!
The preparation process was extremely hard, and in the process of exploration, the students gradually found a way to relieve the pressure of studying. "Our classes are very intense, students are studying for exams and preparing for exams at the same time, and too much pressure is not conducive to efficient learning, so we attach great importance to exercise in our daily life to relieve stress. At that time, several class committee members suggested that everyone run regularly, so we would make an appointment to go to Xuanwu Lake next to the school to run, sometimes at night, sometimes in the morning, or play badminton together...... In the middle and late stages of exam preparation, because of the tight schedule, we would sing some cheerful songs together during breaks, or take a walk in the playground after dinner to relieve our tense nerves. Hu Bingying, a member of the study committee, smiled and talked about the experience of preparing for the exam, and she herself was successfully admitted to the graduate school of electrical engineering of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.
In recent years, in the enrollment and admission of master's students, the students of Nanjing University of Applied Technology have received frequent good news, and various indicators have been steadily improved.
