According to the work arrangements for the recruitment of civil servants by the 2024 annual examination of the central organs and their directly affiliated agencies, combined with the recruitment situation and employment needs, some positions need to be supplemented for qualified personnel. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Prerequisites
In addition to the qualifications stipulated in the Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants by the 2024 Examination of Central Organs and Their Directly Affiliated Agencies, applicants shall also meet the following conditions:
(1) Participated in the written examination for the recruitment of civil servants by the central organs and their directly subordinate agencies in 2024.
(2) Meet the qualifications required for the position to be applied for.
(3) The results of the written examination of public subjects reach the passing score line of the position to be applied for and the position to be applied for at the same time, and the examination category is the same. If the position to be applied for has the written test conditions for professional subjects, the written test results of professional subjects must also reach the passing score line at the same time, and the examination category is the same.
(4) In the 2024 examination and recruitment of civil servants by the central organs and their directly subordinate agencies, they have not been determined to be hired by the original position for which they applied for the examination.
Exam Procedure
(1) Job inquiry
From now on, candidates can log on to the "Special Website for the Recruitment of Civil Servants by the 2024 Examination of the Central Organs and Their Directly Affiliated Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Website for Examination and Recruitment", http://bm.scs.gov.cn/kl2024) to inquire about the supplementary positions, the number of candidates, the types of examinations, qualifications, consultation telephone numbers, etc.
(2) Registration
From 8:00 on May 8, 2024 to 18:00 on May 10, 2024, candidates can log in to the "Examination Special Website" with the username and password registered at the time of registration, select 1 position and submit an application. If you have any questions about the qualifications of the position, such as your major, academic qualifications, degrees, and work experience, you can contact the recruitment agency directly. Candidates can apply for another position before the deadline for submitting their application.
Applicants who have not registered online should contact the recruitment agency directly and submit a written application before 18:00 on May 10, 2024.
(3) Qualification review
From 8:00 on May 11, 2024 to 18:00 on May 12, 2024, the recruitment agency will conduct a qualification review of the online application and the written application for the unit. The qualification examination is generally carried out in accordance with the total score of the written examination of the applicant's public subjects and the score of the administrative vocational aptitude test subject from high to low. For positions that have set the conditions for written examinations for professional subjects, the qualification examination shall be conducted in the order of the applicant's composite score, the total score of the written examination of public subjects, and the score of the administrative vocational aptitude test subjects from high to low. After the ratio of the number of qualified personnel to the number of recruitment plans for each position reaches the prescribed ratio, the recruitment agency will no longer conduct a qualification examination of other personnel.
After May 13, 2024, candidates can log on to the "Examination Special Website" to check the qualification results and enter the list of interviewers.
Interview and follow-up work arrangement
The supplementary recruitment interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and other work shall be implemented by the recruitment agency, and the relevant arrangements and requirements are detailed in the interview announcement published by the recruitment agency on the website of the department and the "special website for examination".
