When the reporter was at the scene, there were still people who climbed over the fence from time to time, they grabbed the hole in the baffle with their hands, stepped on the steel frame near the water with one foot, and slowly stepped over the other foot, if the foot slipped, it was likely to fall into the water, which looked very dangerous.
