Eight advanced individuals won this honor, and Shi Dongliang, an auxiliary police officer of the Traffic Police Brigade of the Guanyun County Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province, was listed.
Shi Dongliang was recruited to participate in the public security traffic management work in 1999. Over the past 25 years, he has fulfilled his solemn oath of "serving the people wholeheartedly" with practical actions. In April 2013, Shi Dongliang began to be on duty as a student nurse at Guanyun Experimental Primary School. In order to ensure the safe passage of students during the daily commuting and commuting hours, he will arrive at the post in advance to direct traffic, direct vehicles, and escort children to cross the road safely with his trademark trot until the last student enters the school or is picked up. In the past 11 years, "open your hands, walk back, look around, and run at any time" has become his signature action of nursing, and "sweat in summer, ice in winter, soil on sunny days, and mud on rainy days" has become a true portrayal of his work. In the post of less than 50 meters of Happiness Avenue, Shi Dongliang has an average annual "running" nursing of more than 1,500 kilometers, and is affectionately called "Running Brother" by the masses.
In recent years, Shi Dongliang has successively won the titles of "Good Person of China", "100 Network Positive Energy Model", "Ping An Star", "Ping An Hero", "The Most Beautiful Integrity Star" and "The Most Beautiful Auxiliary Police" in Jiangsu Province.
