Blizzard has officially announced a new class for Diablo Immortal: Stormbringer, the game's eighth class, which will be officially unlocked on May 23.
Stormbringer is a warrior-type class that specializes in speed and elemental power. Wielding his twin blades, he harnesses the power of water and wind to fight his enemies. In the official blog, Blizzard refers to him as "a mysterious wanderer who sailed here from the cold northern mistery".
A trailer was released at the same time, showing the characteristics of the Stormbringer's class, including using the power of water to move and unleash powerful attacks. In the film, humans are besieged on a burning ship and demons are about to attack them, when the Stormbringer appears, defeats the demons and saves the people.
Stormhering will arrive as a free update, with a new mission updated at the same time.
