In the next step, the County Women's Federation will increase the support and guidance for women's employment factories, and strengthen the contact with various enterprises (cooperatives), through the annual employment skills training, combined with the demand for industrial labor, and adopt flexible methods such as long-term employment, seasonal employment, and temporary employment, to absorb the surrounding rural women to work and increase income at the doorstep, so that they can take care of their families and increase their income at the "doorstep".
