For a central enterprise like FAW, opening a comprehensive investigation almost means that FAW has the intention to acquire Gaohe, and there is a high probability that Gaohe has negotiated with FAW, and the rest is just a process.

There is no publicly confirmed information on this matter, and the final situation is subject to the official announcement. What is intriguing is that Gaohe suddenly responded to the plan to resume work and production in early May.

According to accurate information, Gaohe has begun to prepare for the resumption of work and production, will be completed in May, the biggest evidence of this incident is that the Gaohe stores around the country have begun to open, Ningbo Gaohe took the lead in launching a test drive invitation with consumers from all sides, and the Shanghai Gaohe store that was originally scheduled to be sold also began to clean up.

Many people believe that the most direct reason for the resumption of work and production this time is that the strategic investment of an investment institution in Hong Kong has been received, but this is definitely not the confidence of Gaohe to resume work and production. China's new energy car manufacturing has proven to be a money-burning thing, and the funds brought by Hong Kong investment institutions can only temporarily meet the initial demand for resumption of work and production, and the follow-up needs stronger support to ensure continuous operation, otherwise Gaohe will resume production for half a year and stop production again, it will really become a joke in the history of Chinese automobiles.

Therefore, we can judge with a high probability that the negotiations between FAW and Gaohe have basically been completed, and Gaohe can prepare to resume work and production as soon as it receives Hong Kong investment, after all, the confidence and funds are complete.

In fact, before FAW, Gaohe had the most contact with Changan Automobile, and some people even photographed the meeting between Gaohe Ding Lei and Changan Zhu Huarong, and it was rumored that Chang'an's AVATR would acquire the shareholding Gaohe, but the two parties have always been secretive, and now it seems that although Zhu Huarong said that he was "talking", he still failed to negotiate in the end.

From Chang'an to FAW, we can find that the partners that Gaohe wants to find are all car companies with very strong backgrounds. Gao He certainly thinks so, but more often than not, it may be because of the investment that Saudi Arabia has never made.

As we all know, Gaohe signed an investment agreement worth 40.1 billion yuan with Saudi Arabia last summer, but this agreement has not been fulfilled until now, when Gaohe laid off employees, a former employee revealed to an editorial department that the Saudi side believes that the independent Gaohe has too much risk, the market is too small, and it needs "state-owned enterprises or central enterprises as a guarantee", so Saudi Arabia dares to take money with confidence.

Gaohe's suspension of production this time is because of the rupture of the capital chain, so in the process of seeking resumption of production, Gaohe must solve the investment problem of Saudi Arabia at the same time, Chang'an, FAW and other powerful central enterprises and state-owned enterprises have become the best choice for Gaohe.

Saudi Arabia's investment is also a good thing for FAW, which means that FAW basically does not need to pay additional funds to support the resumption of work and production and subsequent short-term operations, after all, after the Saudi Arabian payment is received, Gaohe will not have to worry about any cash flow problems for at least two years.

After FAW Gaohe held hands, the biggest problem was the Hongqi brand. The Hongqi brand is actually very similar to Gaohe, with both high-end models of nearly one million and civilian models in volume. In particular, Gaohe has made it clear that the first task of resuming work and production is to adjust the products of HiPhi Y, and the overall idea is to "reduce prices and increase allocation", and the price of 339,000 yuan itself is likely to be lowered to about 250,000 yuan.

At this price, in fact, it has touched the two main models of H5 and HS5, which are the most popular in Hongqi, how to balance the two, especially in the difference in publicity and brand tonality, if the two still follow the same line, then Hongqi's influence among young people is still not comparable to Gaohe, and it is very likely that the existing sales of H5 and HS5 will be affected.
