On June 17, 1979, Bian Yuxia was born in an ordinary peasant family in Dongtao Village, Wulihe Town, Qi County, with one brother and one sister. Due to poor family conditions, she had to drop out of school after graduating from primary school and stepped into society prematurely. At first, she rode her bicycle to the county seat to wholesale artificial meat, and then divided it into handfuls and sold it at a nearby market.
"At first, I didn't have any lofty ideals, nor did I have any grand goals, I just wanted to make my family life better, so that my parents could have no worries about food, clothing, and life." However, she didn't rest on her laurels. When she was about to enter the summer, she keenly discovered the potential of the cool skin business, and came up with the idea of making and selling cool skin. She bought a tricycle, made a cool leather shelf out of her own wood, and set up a stall on the side of the road. The production of cold skin needs to go through processes such as dough mixing, washing, precipitation, steaming, etc., no matter how hard and tired, she gritted her teeth and persevered. The cold skin tendon she made, plus the secret chili oil, cooking water, cucumber, sesame paste, and gluten, not to mention how delicious it was, and the amount she gave was enough, so the business was very prosperous. A bowl of cold skin is her hard work, and a bowl of cold skin carries her hope and future for a better life.
After having a small amount of savings, Bian Yuxia aimed at the clothing industry again. She rented a stall in the county seat God's Temple shopping mall. In 1999, she entered the palace of marriage. However, she didn't give up on her career because of this. Instead, she worked harder in the hope of creating better living conditions for her family. Before the honeymoon was over, Bian Yuxia went back to her parents' house and took 12,000 yuan to the countryside to buy pigs, slaughter and sell meat, and a pig could earn fifty or sixty yuan. In order to make a few more money, she boiled the pigs and sold them, and then added beef and chickens, and rode a tricycle early every day to the county vegetable market street to set up a stall to sell, and she worked for 7 years. In the past 7 years, she has become an insider in meat processing, and she has also completed the accumulation of raw wealth. I bought a building in Caishi Street and had my own home.
With the increasing prosperity of business, Bian Yuxia's business is getting bigger and bigger, and after some investigation, she sees greater business opportunities. In 2017, she raised more than 10 million yuan to establish Henan Yuhe Trading Co., Ltd., rented a 2,000-square-meter cold storage in Zhengzhou Wanbang International Wholesale Market, and began to stock a large number of goods. Soon the time came, at the beginning of 2018, the price of raw meat began to rise, and then skyrocketed, her courage and vision were fully reflected, and she keenly seized the opportunities in the market and took her career to a new level.

Bian Yuxia saw the opportunity and founded Henan Hewei Food Co., Ltd. in her hometown of Qixian County in April 2022, covering an area of more than 10 acres, with a production workshop of 2,000 square meters, and advanced processing lines, quick-freezing workshops and sauce brine production equipment. She adheres to the traditional production process and integrates the achievements of contemporary excellence to form a unique set of production technology. The main products are marinated meat products, quick-frozen foods, conditioned meat products, etc., which are deeply loved by consumers.
