In this regard, the staff of the Housing and Urban Construction Administration of Chengyang District, Qingdao City, said that after on-site inspection, the shear wall of this outlet was opened during the decoration process, resulting in the exposure of steel bars, and the shear wall is one of the load-bearing walls that everyone often says. At present, the relevant problems have been rectified.
In early April this year, on his way home, Mr. Wang found that the outlet shop downstairs of his house had begun to be renovated, but when he got closer, he found that part of the walls of the house had been opened, and the steel bars inside were clearly visible. "At that time, there were already broken steel bars, and I deduced that it was a load-bearing wall, and everyone agreed. We are all afraid that this kind of 'brutal decoration' will change the structure of the building and affect the safety of the whole building. ”
"I don't know why the load-bearing wall is smashed, and who can bear this responsibility if it affects the building?" Mr. Wang told Xinwang that Building 21 of Jinyu Huafu Phase II is a high-rise building and will only be completed and delivered in 2019. "We immediately told the property and the community about the situation, and the relevant departments also went to the scene to see it and said that they would restore the person who smashed the wall to the original state. But since it involves load-bearing walls, we are still not very reassured. ”
According to the photos provided by Mr. Wang, Xinwang noticed that the steel bars of the wall were exposed when they were found, and there were broken steel bars. In addition, you can see construction tools such as electric drills next to the broken section of the wall. On April 24, Xinwang came to the site of the outlet to visit the site and found that there were no construction personnel on the site. The glass door of the outlet is posted with a reminder that the decoration time is allowed and the load-bearing structure is strictly prohibited. Through the glass, a large number of scattered concrete blocks can be seen piled up in the site. Residents at the scene said that after receiving complaints and reports, the barbaric decoration behavior of the merchants involved had been stopped as soon as possible.
In order to further understand the details of the incident, Xinwang contacted the relevant staff of the property in the community by phone. According to the staff, after receiving the relevant problems from the owners of the community, the property side arranged personnel to the scene for inspection as soon as possible. At the same time, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and community staff went to the scene to conduct on-site inspections, and ordered the relevant personnel to immediately restore their original appearance. At present, the merchant has welded the steel bar and basically repaired it.
In response to this situation, Xinwang contacted the relevant staff of the Housing and Urban Construction Administration of Chengyang District, Qingdao City. The staff told Xinwang that according to the second paragraph of Article 9 of the "Qingdao Housing Use Safety Regulations": it is forbidden to remove the load-bearing wall during the use and decoration of the house. If it involves the change of the main body of the building and the load-bearing structure, the increase of floor load in excess of the design standards or specifications, etc., the construction shall not be carried out without the original design unit or the design unit with the corresponding qualification level.
After receiving the report from the residents, the law enforcement officers immediately interviewed the person concerned and ordered him to stop the construction immediately. "After on-site investigation, it was found that the shear wall was opened during the decoration of this outlet, resulting in bare steel bars. We have ordered the parties to make restitution within a time limit. At present, the relevant issues have been fixed. ”
