In order to effectively resolve the peak of primary school enrollment and successfully complete the enrollment of schools in the compulsory education stage of the whole district, it is preliminarily planned that the sixth grade students of primary school will continue to study in junior high schools in the fall semester of 2024. After research, it was decided to carry out this mapping work, which is only to understand the number and distribution of school-age children and teenagers, and is not used as the basis for enrollment and enrollment in 2024.
First, the scope of the survey
School-age children and adolescents who will be enrolled in the first grade of primary school (who will be 6 years old before August 31, 2024 and have not attended elementary school) and the sixth grade (who have completed five years of compulsory education) in the fall of 2024.
Second, the way to find out
Binzhou Basic Education Enrollment Platform is used to fill in the information. Within the specified time, the parents (or guardians) of school-age children and teenagers who meet the conditions of the mapping should download the "Ai Shandong" APP on their mobile phones, log in to fill in the relevant information and submit the corresponding supporting materials. For specific operations, please refer to the "Operation Guide for Binzhou Basic Education Enrollment Platform" (Annex 1).

Fourth, the bottom of the conditions
(1) Children and their guardians have legal and stable housing in the school service area, which must be a residential house built on residential land, the guardian has all the property rights and has actually resided there, and the household registration or residence permit shall be consistent with the housing address.
(2) Where children and adolescents reside with their grandparents and meet the following conditions, the housing of their grandparents may be used as a condition for the survey. One is that both parents are active-duty military personnel; Second, both parents are experts and technicians sent abroad by the government; Third, both parents do not have an independent house in their names, and the child and one of his parents have been with his or her grandparents for a long time (the household registration is within the urban area of Bincheng District and the child's household registration has not moved since birth); Fourth, orphans.
(3) Where the government in the urban area has not been resettled for demolition and relocation, and there is no legal and stable housing under the guardian's name, the information shall be filled in according to the rented place for the time being.
(4) Where there is only a permanent resident population in urban areas and there is no legal and stable housing under the guardian's name, the information shall be temporarily filled in according to the place of household registration.
(5) The children and their parents of migrant workers who have moved to the city have rented legal and stable housing in the inflow area (they have actually lived in it for more than 1 year, including 1 year), and at the same time have a residence permit issued by the public security organ of their current place of residence (more than 1 year, including 1 year), and temporarily fill in the mapping information according to the rented place.
