On May 7, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions carried out a centralized membership ceremony and health examination of truck drivers in the new employment form, and more than 400 truck drivers became trade union members and joined the trade union family.
During the event, the staff explained the rights and obligations of trade union members and the benefits of joining the union to the truck drivers present, and distributed them with love gift bags such as thermos cups and power banks. The driver representative shared his experience in an ordinary post and his expectation of joining the "big family" of the trade union. Inclusive services such as legal advice and healthcare consultation were also provided to truck drivers.
In addition, the workers' sanatorium of the autonomous region conducted free health examinations for the truck drivers who participated in the ceremony, and provided internal medicine, surgery, electrocardiogram, color ultrasound and other examinations for the participants to meet the different health examination needs of truck drivers. At the physical examination site, everyone was in good order, and the staff provided intimate guidance services for everyone from the whole process of registration, receiving love breakfast, filling in forms, and inspection.
Liu Fei, a truck driver, said: "Today, the union organized our truck drivers together to join the union and gave us a physical examination, and we were very moved. The trade union has also built many post stations in the urban area to help us solve difficulties, and the union is our mother's home! ”
At present, the city has established 14 new employment trade union organizations, with 969 members, including 572 truck drivers. 15 trade union stations have been built, serving more than 1,000 workers in new employment forms, forming a 15-minute service circle. We help new workers such as truck drivers, couriers, and food delivery workers to solve their difficulties in eating, resting, and safety.
