Due to the demolition and new construction needs of the G104 Jinglan Line Jinan Yellow River Highway Bridge Expansion Project (Zero Point Interchange Section) Jiguang Expressway, in order to fully prevent road traffic accidents and protect the safety of people's lives and property, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, according to the design documents and the actual progress of the project, the five detachments of the Traffic Management Bureau of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, The Highway Traffic Police Detachment of the Jinan Municipal Public Security Bureau and Shandong High-speed Co., Ltd. jointly decided to close the straight road of the G35 Jiguang Expressway Zero Interchange Section (East to West), and the notice is as follows: 1. The time and scope of traffic control will be from 9 o'clock on May 7, 2024 to January 31, 2025. The main line of the zero-point interchange section of the G35 Jiguang Expressway (east to west) will be closed, and the main line bridge of the zero-point interchange section will be demolished and newly built. 2. Traffic management During the construction period, the main line (east to west) of the zero point interchange section of the G35 Jiguang Expressway will be completely closed, and the section will be detoured by ramp. In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of traffic travel, the specific traffic restriction measures are as follows: (1) West of Huashan Interchange prohibits the passage of trucks with five axles or more and large passenger cars with more than 19 seats; (2) The ramp of Huashan North Interchange and East Railway Station Interchange to the westbound direction of Jiguang Expressway is closed, and all vehicles are prohibited from entering Jiguang Expressway to pass westward. 3. Suggested detour route (1) North-south traffic of transit vehicles North-south vehicles can pass through G2 (Beijing-Shanghai Expressway), G3 (Beijing-Taiwan Expressway) and G2001 (Jinan Ring Second Ring Expressway).

1. Vehicles from east to west on the north side of the zero point interchange can turn to G20 (Qingyin Expressway) at Tangwang Interchange and then choose the route after arriving at Qihebei Interchange or Yancheng Hub Interchange. 2. From east to west on the south side of the zero point interchange, vehicles can turn to G2 (Beijing-Shanghai Expressway) and G2001 (Jinan Ring Expressway) at Caofan Hub Interchange or turn to G2001 (Jinan Ring Expressway) at Xinglong Hub Interchange to reach Yinjialin Hub Interchange and then choose a route.

(2) Ground road traffic for entry and exit vehicles 1. Vehicles going to Huashan, Zero Point Interchange, Jinan North and other areas, the east side of the Zero Point Interchange can get off the highway through Huashan North Interchange and East Railway Station Interchange Toll Station, and then pass west through Quehua Avenue. 2. Outbound vehicles in Huashan, Zero Point Interchange, Jinan North and other areas, the east side of the Zero Point Interchange passes east through Quehua Avenue, and passes through the Huashan North Toll Station and the East Railway Station Toll Station on the high-speed to the east; The west side of the zero point interchange goes west through the North Second Ring Road, and passes west through the overpass overpass toll station on the expressway.

4. Other matters (1) Please follow the road signs and markings, and the traffic management department of the public security organ will strictly manage it in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Shandong Provincial Highway Traffic Safety Regulations" and other laws and regulations. (2) If the traffic control measures need to be temporarily adjusted due to construction, relevant notices or information will be issued separately. (3) This notice will be implemented from 9 o'clock on May 7, 2024, and drivers and transport companies are requested to properly adjust their travel plans and routes, and obey the command of on-site management personnel.
