Since its establishment, Xiqing District Library has continuously provided high-quality food for the spiritual and cultural needs of the Xiqing people with rich collection resources and a series of classic reading promotion brand activities. Up to now, there are 10 branch libraries in towns and towns, 8 urban study rooms of "Qingyue Library", and more than 200 grassroots service stations in the district, serving multiple districts at multiple points and extending reading services to people's homes.

Xiqing District Library took the lead in realizing the general branch library system, creating a three-level library network of "district-level library-town branch library-village residence, army, enterprise, rural library and cultural library", and relying on 8 urban study rooms and "N" zero-threshold personal digital reading resources to form a "3+8+N" library service network model. Let the residents of the whole district use the digital and intelligent big data reading service system to obtain knowledge more conveniently and quickly.
02Build a service brand and carry out rich reading activities
Xiqing District Library uses the reading space to plan and carry out reading activities that are popular with the masses, and carries out more than 10 series and hundreds of reading activities online and offline every year, so as to achieve "weekly activities, monthly themes, and brands every year". For many years, it has held activities such as "Thousands of Families with the Fragrance of Books, Happy New Xiqing" Rural Book House, Cultural Book House Reading Series Activities, "I Love Xiqing" Essay Calligraphy and Painting Series Reading Competition, "Guliu Forum" Cultural Public Welfare Lectures, "Guliu Lantern Riddle Club" and "Mobile Book Car" into the grassroots and other activities, so that culture can enter thousands of households as a necessity of life.
03Extend the coverage of reading and expand the effectiveness of services
Xiqing District Library pays attention to the integration of resources, and works with publicity departments, scenic spots and other forces to expand the coverage and effectiveness of reading services, and provide readers with a multi-space and multi-dimensional reading experience.
