Specifically, I learned a lot about the history, theory, and methodology of regional country studies from these two books. For example, I learned about the evolution of regional country studies and the applicability of various research methods in different countries and regions. In addition, I learned practical skills such as how to identify research topics, how to collect and analyze data, and how to write high-quality academic papers. These knowledge and skills will have a positive impact on my future studies and work. For example, when choosing a research topic, I often feel lost and don't know which country or region to choose for in-depth research. In addition, I was also confused by some complex data analysis methods and did not know how to apply them to support my research. However, by consulting the relevant literature and consulting experts, I have gradually solved these problems.

Overall, the two books, Theory and Practice of Regional Country Studies: An Exploration Based on Peking University, and Regional Country Studies: History, Theory and Methodology, both provided a very good comparative reading and reflection, which not only gave me a deeper understanding of regional country studies, but also stimulated my interest in this field.
