In recent years, the student party branch of the Department of Stomatology has strengthened the ideological and political education of teachers and students in accordance with the "seven powerful" standards, integrated ideological and political elements into daily education, and created a party building brand of "Party Member Pioneer Red Dream Building". In 2022, it was awarded the "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the Party Committee of the organ directly under the Shandong Provincial Health Commission, and in 2023, it was listed as the third batch of model party branch construction and cultivation units in the province by the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Strictly implement the systems of "three meetings and one lesson", organizational life meetings, the first topic, and the disclosure of party affairs, adhere to collective theoretical study once every two weeks, carry out theme party days on fixed days every month, and conduct ideological dynamic research on teachers and students once per semester, and strictly implement the ideological work responsibility system. Two teachers were awarded the title of "Silver Medal Ambassador for Healthy Oral Promotion" by the China Dental Disease Prevention and Treatment Foundation, and the students won the second prize of the Provincial College Students' Learning Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the gold medal of the first Shandong Provincial College Student Career Planning Competition, and won more than 30 awards in various competitions, and the graduation destination rate of the class of 2023 was 95.41%.

The Pioneer Scholarship Group carried out the "Friends of New Students" activity in the apartment, and the student satisfaction rate reached 96%.
