The detachment formulated and issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of Social Fires during the May Day" Period, refined the division of labor, implemented the supervision of the grass-roots units in sections and squatting, and went deep into the front-line contact points to supervise and inspect the team management, duty preparation, and fire prevention and control of social units, fully prepared for the ideological preparation of fighting big battles and evil battles, and resolutely preventing and curbing the occurrence of major fires, especially fire accidents with mass deaths and injuries, and promoting the implementation of various tasks of fire safety and security during the "May Day" Festival.
Strict management and control, strengthen investigation and rectification. The detachment and the major teams combined with the three-year action of fire safety to tackle the root cause, and carried out in-depth special actions such as "breaking windows and breaking nets", opening up "life channels", special rectification of electric vehicles, spring and summer fire prevention and control, and strictly investigating the fire safety hazards of heroes clubs, large shopping malls and markets, hotels, restaurants, cultural and entertainment and other densely populated places during the festival, as well as flammable and explosive places, "three-in-one" places, "nine small places", tourist attractions and other units. At the same time, actively give full play to the management advantages of the "social worker patrol team", urge the grassroots grid members to strictly implement the fire safety management responsibilities of the grassroots organizations, further strengthen the "three-in-one" and "nine small" places in the jurisdiction, and carry out daily fire safety inspections and inspections.
Deepen publicity and create a strong atmosphere. The detachment planned the "May Day" fire propaganda topic in advance, set up the "May Day Special", "5 Minutes of Camel Elimination" and "Fire Warning Record" columns on the new media platform of the detachment, produced and released a series of interesting popular science knowledge and original articles, fully demonstrated the fire brigade's loyal performance, selfless dedication and responsibility, and used traditional media and new media to increase the exposure of fire safety violations, create a strong publicity and public opinion momentum, enhance the public's awareness of fire safety, and warn the society. At the same time, focusing on the safety of fire, electricity and gas, we will actively go deep into key units, communities and enterprises to carry out fire protection publicity and education, enhance the fire safety awareness and escape and self-rescue ability of the residents, and carry out centralized training on fire safety inspection for the party and government organs and industry units of the whole Union, so as to further solve the problem of "what to check, how to check and what to check", and strive to improve the ability to prevent and resolve major fire safety risks. In addition, the SMS platforms of "Shuangwei", Douyin, Kuaishou and the three major operators continued to send more than 30,000 fire safety tips during the "May Day" period, and used public transportation services, outdoor LED electronic screens, elevators and other media to broadcast more than 5,600 public service reminders for fire promotion. The "Northern Xinjiang Blue Goose" women's fire propaganda service team, fire volunteers, and fire social workers were mobilized to carry out more than 200 times of publicity, education and training, and more than 2,200 copies of publicity materials such as family fire safety knowledge were distributed, and more than 400 fire safety posters were posted in conspicuous places on the road, firmly establishing the concept of "getting used to safety and everyone fighting fire", so that the majority of residents could learn more fire safety knowledge in their spare time.
Strengthen duty and consolidate rescue preparations. Based on the principle of "extinguishing fires and fighting evil battles," the detachment has strictly carried out the system of preparing for war on duty, and has made all preparations for fire fighting and rescue in terms of ideology, equipment, and training, and has carried out serious and meticulous inspection and maintenance of vehicles and equipment on duty to ensure that they are complete and easy to use. At the same time, the commanders and fighters were organized to carry out the "six familiarizations" in depth, and formulated and improved fire fighting and rescue plans for crowded places, flammable and explosive places, ancient buildings, tourist attractions, and places where celebrations and gatherings were held during festivals, and strived to achieve the expected goal of "rapid discovery, quick response, quick disposal, and quick elimination" of the disaster.
