In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on flood prevention and disaster relief, and give full play to the role of supervision and guarantee, the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Longyan Detachment has recently paid close attention to the actual task, and has gone deep into the front line to supervise the flood prevention and disaster relief tasks to ensure that the team completes the task successfully and efficiently.
In view of the current severe situation of flood prevention and disaster relief in the station and surrounding areas, the Discipline Inspection Committee of the detachment strengthened its responsibility and took the initiative to conscientiously implement the requirements of the "Notice of the Supervision Group of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Doing a Good Job in the Supervision of Flood Prevention and Disaster Relief Tasks" to ensure the implementation of the task supervision work.
The first is to consolidate political responsibilities and urge party members and leading cadres to take the lead in setting an example. The Discipline Inspection Committee of the detachment followed up and supervised the performance of duties and responsibilities, responsibilities and exemplary leadership of party members and cadres by going deep into the front line of the task, and took the form of collective interviews, individual conversations, and the issuance of "Supervision Reminder Letters" to tighten and consolidate the political responsibilities of party members and cadres of the task detachment.
The second is to consolidate safety responsibilities and supervise the implementation of safety precautions. Pay close attention to the key links of potential safety hazards in the task, carefully inspect the wearing of rescue protective clothing, the driver's driving technology, and the safety equipment operated by the safety officer, and ask the rescuers on the spot to grasp the safety knowledge such as "five must not allow", "three prohibitions, and three musts", and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the implementation of safety measures by the task team. In view of the problems and hidden dangers found in the inspection, rectification requirements are put forward, the rectification time limit is clarified, and the task team is urged to tighten the safety chord at all times.
The third is to consolidate work responsibilities and supervise the implementation of the flood prevention and war preparedness system. Inspect the flood prevention and disaster relief equipment and various types of support and supply materials of the task detachment, and effectively prevent the occurrence of phenomena such as lax work style, unfavorable support, waste of materials, and loss of control of public opinion.
Through this front-line task supervision, we have effectively promoted the implementation of various flood prevention and disaster relief instructions and requirements of the superiors.
