Although the design company provides data and exterior drawings, the detailed parameters, effect reproduction and production process of the trophy production have to be explored by the craftsmen themselves. The ribbon of the trophy is made of copper forged at high temperature, and how to perfectly shape and display the agility and subtlety of the streamer holding up the craftsman's logo is the key. "We cut and wound more than 10 pieces, all the while remaining nuanced from the design picture. After more than 10 days of exploration, 6 sets of correction fixtures and installation fixtures were manufactured, carbon steel was selected to make the shaping rod, and the problem of streamer shaping was successfully solved. Luo Jun introduced that the creative team worked until two o'clock in the morning every day, and the production process was quite tortuous, with high temperature scalding, polishing and blistering, and new injuries covering old marks, but everyone only wanted to polish the high-quality products.
At the same time, Tang Yinbo led the team to make the craftsman logo and base of the trophy in full swing. The CNC milling machine is used to process accurately, and the designer's ideas are transformed into machining procedures in one process after another, so that the production of the craftsman's logo integrates the softness of the design and the hardness of the metal.

How to fix the six-sided cube and the metal streamer is also a "brain-burning" process. Metal streamers have a limited thickness and are hammered by hand, so there will always be errors, as well as deviations in the fixed position and angle of the metal cube. In the end, the team embedded the hemispherical nut into the inner side of the metal streamer, and then connected it to the cube through a movable screw to eliminate the error by means of secondary fixation.
