On the occasion of the "May Day" holiday, the Yangcheng Evening News reporter learned that the Guangzhou Haizhu District Wetland Protection and Management Office, together with Poly Business Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Poly Property Service Co., Ltd., jointly held a series of Chinese cultural display activities of "Oriental Beauty, World Tide - Haizhu Wetland National Style Aesthetics Season".
On the morning of May 1, the organizer held the "National Color Oriental Fashion Festival" in the archway square of the first phase of Haizhu Wetland, inviting many guests such as national style Hanfu experts and popular anchors to interact with the on-site tourists. The appearance of dozens of antique models brought the atmosphere of the event to the highest point, they wore Chinese special clothing of different eras to open a catwalk, each costume contains oriental elements and oriental aesthetics, spreading oriental beauty to the world, but also showing the world China's rich historical heritage and exquisite craftsman art.
The Haizhu Wetland National Style Photography Contest was also launched at the scene, and citizens and tourists can take photos and check in at designated locations in Haizhu National Wetland Park and upload them to have a chance to win awards.
It is understood that during the "May Day" period, the first phase of Haizhu Wetland held an oriental aesthetics bazaar, using the most traditional bamboo, cloth curtains, plant dyeing and other materials to build an antique independent space, to display national incense, tea ceremony, fragrant cloud yarn, blue and white porcelain and other intangible cultural heritage products to citizens and tourists. At the same time, activities such as Song-style tea performances, guqin performances and calligraphy creation performances will be carried out three times a day, so that citizens and tourists can breathe fresh air in nature and deeply appreciate the beauty of Chinese culture.
In addition, more than 30 nature education classes were held in Haizhu Wetland during the May Day holiday, including the "Wild Goose Habitat" plank road bird watching public welfare tour in Haizhu Lake, the night view of Haizhu Wetland, and the Red Cross emergency rescue education. Through these colorful nature classes, the children are led to walk into nature, understand nature, learn bird watching skills, ecological restoration and protection knowledge, deepen their understanding of ecological environment knowledge, and guide children to start from the small things around them, participate in the ecological construction of Lumei Guangzhou, and be practitioners of ecological civilization construction.
In order to facilitate the public to go to Haizhu National Wetland Park to appreciate the harmonious beauty of ecology and culture, Guangzhou Haizhu National Wetland Park has launched a special bus line, which departs from 09:00 to 17:30 during the five-day holiday (see the table below).
