The reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that during the "Juhui Summer Hot Central Plains" activity from May to August this year, the city will carry out a series of consumption promotion activities with Luoyang characteristics of "about the ancient capital of Huihui and swimming in Heluo", at which time the municipal level will issue a "big gift package" of 50 million yuan to benefit the people, and the county and district will raise funds to carry out a series of activities at the same time, jointly setting off a consumption boom of provinces, cities and counties, covering the whole industry.

  "Juhui Summer Hot Central Plains" is a special action to promote consumption in the province in conjunction with the series of activities of the National Consumption Promotion Month in May, which will start in May and last until the end of August. During this period, the city will focus on cultural tourism, automobiles, supermarkets, catering, home appliances and other fields, with the goal of "monthly themes, weekly activities, and daily discounts", so that consumers can play, buy, and eat, and specifically make the following four major sectors -

The municipal level will raise 20 million yuan of funds to subsidize individual consumers who buy new cars in Luoyang automobile sales enterprises, and guide automobile sales enterprises to carry out various exhibition and sales activities to provide consumers with car purchase discounts such as price reductions and profits. In addition, relying on the special incentive funds set up since last year, the city will also give 0.6 million yuan to 20,000 yuan of operating incentives per vehicle for the purchase of new energy logistics and distribution trucks.

The city will carry out the "thousands of enterprises to benefit the people to buy" activities, continue to call the "ancient capital new life" consumer brand, the municipal level will invest 10 million yuan to all personnel in Luo to issue department stores, accommodation, catering and other commercial consumption coupons, organize supermarkets, catering, home appliances, home improvement and other enterprises to make profits and promotions, carry out weekend happy shopping, business circle super purchase, online convenience shopping, offline experience shopping, exhibition and sales affordable shopping, night travel vitality shopping and other theme shopping activities.

The city will launch theme activities such as Luoyang Gourmet Hi Eating Season, Gourmet Beer Festival, Music Carnival, etc., integrate Heluo food resources such as characteristic blocks, time-honored restaurants, and night economy consumption areas, create "food maps" and "net red punch points", and vigorously promote the ancient capital gastronomic beauty and "Luoyang Yuangeng" and other characteristic agricultural products through "online live broadcast with goods + offline field visits", further enliven the consumer market, and release consumption potential.
