It is understood that the "Guidelines" are compiled by the District Market Supervision Bureau after a detailed study of the administrative punishment cases of market supervision and administrative punishment received by express logistics enterprises in recent years, combined with the actual development of Qingpu logistics enterprises, aiming to provide a set of clear and detailed compliance management guidance for express logistics enterprises.
Jiang Qiqing, chief of the law enforcement inspection section of the District Market Supervision Bureau, told reporters: "As a regulatory department, we have observed that some express logistics companies have a weak understanding of laws and regulations related to market supervision. Therefore, we have researched and issued this guidance document, which clarifies the criteria for judging administrative violations and provides better compliance management guidance for enterprises. ”
The Guidelines are divided into seven chapters, covering the safety management of the use of special equipment, food safety management of centralized dining canteens, compliance management of advertising and publicity, compliance management of unfair competition, compliance management of prices, credit restoration of administrative penalties and supplementary provisions. The Guidelines are problem-oriented and accurately focus on the common illegal behaviors of express logistics companies in market supervision in recent years, so as to help enterprises improve their overall compliance management level and reduce the risk of violations.
Mei Chenshuo, manager of the public affairs department of YTO Express, said that the "Guidelines" have been of great help to the compliance work of enterprises, and have been shared with the company's legal department and public affairs department for the first time.
