Those who pay attention to the DIY field know that in recent years, the performance and heat of high-end CPUs have risen, so flagship CPU coolers are basically the leading role of water-cooled products. Unpacking the product
First of all, in terms of packaging, the texture of the overclocking three product is still quite strong, and the outer packaging is the main view of the product, as well as the model. When opened, you can see that the radiator body and the two performance fans are fully protected.
This cooler supports the mainstream platforms of Intel and AMD in recent years, which is quite comprehensive. The heat dissipation tower body is a configuration of two towers + six heat pipes, with an all-black design, and the texture and workmanship are good.
The tower body adopts a single tower 54-layer heat dissipation fins, using buckle Fin + folding Fin process, and the wavy design between the fins is not only good-looking, but also can improve the heat dissipation surface area and reduce the wind shear sound, which is very thoughtful.
There is a three-dimensional triangle decoration on the top, which is also the triangular geometric design language of the current overclocking three, which looks quite sharp.

Test platform
Next, let's take a look at the performance of the machine, my current test platform CPU is not strong, mainly in pursuit of a quieter user experience, as well as the long-term stability of air cooling.

Installation process
The installation process of the cooler is also relatively straightforward, first of all, remove the bracket that comes with the motherboard and install the AMD platform fixing screws provided by the cooler.
Then attach the fixing bracket.
The high-performance EX90 silicone grease that comes with the heatsink is then applied.
After tearing off the film, install the radiator tower.
Note that both handles are turned into place to keep the pressure balanced.
Finally, install the cooling fan according to the height of the memory, and complete the wiring, which I personally think is relatively simple.
Performance
Let's take a look at the performance of the overclocked Triple RZ620.
The first is the AIDA FPU test, which shows that the power at full load is in the early 87W, the CPU fan is about 1800 RPM, and the temperature at full load is only 67.3°C, which is very cool. The daily working speed is around 1000 RPM, which is very quiet.
Next, I tried a single fan (only the fan in the middle of the 2 towers), and the measured full-load temperature was 69.5°C, the power was still between 87-88W, and the fan speed would increase to the level of 2000 RPM, which was slightly noisy. It can be seen that the cooling capacity of the overclocking Triple Evolution RZ620 is too strong for this CPU, and it can be easily handled, and the main advantage is that it can maintain a quiet low speed for daily use.
Generally speaking, the workmanship materials, installation experience, and performance of this overclocking triple RZ620 air-cooled CPU cooler are quite strong, and it is worthy of being positioned as a mid-to-high-end product, which can cope with the heat dissipation needs of the current mainstream CPU, and the compatibility of installation is also relatively strong.
