-- Kaishun Experimental School in Jinzhai County carried out revolutionary traditional education and propaganda activities
In order to cherish the memory of the revolutionary martyrs, inherit the red gene, carry forward the revolutionary spirit, and cultivate students' feelings of remembering history and serving the motherland, on April 30, 2024, Kaishun Experimental School specially invited four teachers from Anhui Jinzhai Cadre College, Yu Jing, Zhang Jie, Kong Hongmei, and Deng Rongli to the school to carry out revolutionary traditional education and propaganda activities. The activity was mainly divided into two parts: Yu Jing, vice principal of revolutionary traditional education of Kaishun Experimental School, gave a report to the teachers and students, and four teachers entered the class to take a revolutionary traditional education class. Grandmaster Pan, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Kaishun Experimental School, Principal Daniel Zhang, and Vice President Ye Changqi attended the concentrated publicity report meeting, which was chaired by Vice President Kuang Yun.
Before the official start of the report meeting, Principal Daniel Zhang of Kaishun Experimental School delivered a speech, welcoming the arrival of the four teachers and exhorting the students to understand the history of their hometown Jinzhai, learn the heroic spirit, study hard and serve the motherland.
Next, Mr. Yu Jing, vice principal of revolutionary traditional education of Kaishun Experimental School, gave a report entitled "Inheriting the Red Gene and Striving for a New Journey" for the teachers and students. Mr. Yu expounded the reason why Jinzhai County is known as "the cradle of the Red Army and the hometown of generals", so that the majority of students can understand the revolutionary history of Jinzhai County's Summer Festival Uprising, outwitting Dawang Temple, and forming the main Red Army, and told the heroic songs composed by revolutionary pioneers Jiang Guangci and Zhan Gutang with their own lives, and the feelings of the family and country of General Hong Xuezhi, who was awarded the rank of general twice. The students deeply felt that our hometown, Jinzhai County, was a land dyed red with the blood of revolutionary martyrs, and countless revolutionaries threw their heads and shed their blood to enable the people of Jinzhai to turn over and be liberated. Teacher Yu also used the form of singing red songs and beating flower sticks to let the students participate in the report meeting, so that the students were deeply affected by the education in a warm situation.
After the report meeting, the four teachers came to the primary school and went deep into the class to give the students a wonderful revolutionary traditional education lesson, so that the students could understand the great changes in the history of Jinzhai County in the past 100 years.
Finally, Comrade Pan Zongshi, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Kaishun Experimental School, made a concluding speech, the propaganda activity was wonderful, the atmosphere was warm, and it was a revolutionary traditional education class that entered the brain and heart. He encouraged the students to learn more about the red culture of their hometown, learn the spirit of heroic martyrs, establish the ideal of serving the country, and become pillars!
In the next step, our school will take the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China as an opportunity to continue to educate people with red culture, enlighten and nourish the heart, broaden the carrier of red education, organize and carry out various forms of educational activities such as singing red song competitions and patriotic essay competitions, and help the majority of young people "buckle the first button in life" with true love and true love.
