From April 29th to 30th, the Party School of the Xiaoxian County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China organized all the students of the main class in the spring of 2024 to carry out outward bound training in Pan'anshui Town, Xuzhou City, in accordance with the teaching arrangement, and more than 90 students participated in the activities.
The outward bound training is divided into two stages, the first stage of the trainees are divided into 8 groups, to participate in "drumming and juggling", "orbital passing", "Hanoi Tower", "frisbee sports", "four countries war" and other projects. During the activity, the trainees raced against time and showed their talents to complete various training projects, reflecting the team spirit of unity and overcoming difficulties.
Outward bound training
In the second stage, the students of the middle and young class carried out the "Real CS - Red and Blue Confrontation" project, which is a military simulation game. Innovate in sports and improve the team's sense of cooperation in the fierce competition.
The trainees agreed that through this outward bound training, the team cohesion has been enhanced, and the awareness of active communication, mutual trust, unity and cooperation has been established, and they will fully apply the harvest of this training to their future work and study, and make their own contributions to the high-quality development of Xiao County.
