03 Event Rules
A total of 500,000 yuan (1,000 vouchers) will be issued in the form of electronic coupons, and all personnel in Xingxing (including those from other places) will collect them through the activity page of the "CCB Life" APP. The face value of consumption vouchers is $500, and each person is limited to 1 voucher on a first-come, first-served basis. After receiving it successfully, you can check and use it in the "CCB Life" APP - "My" - "Coupon".
Use verification standard: The household appliance consumption voucher is used when the consumption is more than 3,000 yuan. Consumers can pay through the "CCB Life" APP wallet or Dragon Pay when using consumption vouchers at participating home appliance sales enterprises (subject to the published list). If the consumption voucher has expired and has not been used, it shall be withdrawn. Consumption vouchers can be used in conjunction with activities such as trade-in, discounts, and reduction coupons provided by merchants.

02 Subsidy objects
During the event, individual consumers (household registration is not limited) who purchase small non-operating vehicles (including new energy vehicles, pickup trucks, excluding second-hand car transactions) from automobile sales enterprises participating in the event in Xingyang City (subject to the published list).
03 The total amount of subsidies and subsidy standards
(1) The total amount of subsidies
In accordance with the model of "buying a car by yourself first, then uniformly verifying, and then grabbing consumption vouchers in a centralized manner", 1 million yuan of automobile consumption vouchers were distributed in Xingyang City.
A total of 345 car consumption coupons were issued this time. Among them, 100 are fuel vehicles (25 electronic consumption vouchers of 1,000 yuan; 50 electronic consumption vouchers of 3,000 yuan; 25 electronic consumption vouchers of 5,000 yuan). 245 for new energy vehicles (60 electronic consumption vouchers of 1,000 yuan; 85 electronic consumption vouchers of 2,000 yuan; 65 electronic consumption vouchers of 4,000 yuan; 35 electronic consumption vouchers of 6,000 yuan).
(2) Subsidy standards
1. Purchase fuel vehicles
For the purchase of fuel vehicles, the consumption vouchers are divided into three levels according to the amount of the purchase invoice:
(1) Fuel vehicles with a fare of less than 70,000 yuan (exclusive) can enjoy 1,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
(2) Fuel vehicles with a fare of more than 70,000 yuan (inclusive) to less than 150,000 yuan (exclusive) can enjoy 3,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
(3) If you purchase a naked car and drive a fuel vehicle with a ticket price of more than 150,000 yuan (inclusive), you can enjoy an electronic consumption coupon of 5,000 yuan.
2. Purchase new energy vehicles
For the purchase of new energy vehicles, the consumption vouchers are divided into four levels according to the amount of the purchase invoice:
(1) New energy vehicles with a fare of less than 50,000 yuan (exclusive) can enjoy 1,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
(2) New energy vehicles with a ticket price of more than 50,000 yuan (inclusive) and less than 70,000 yuan (exclusive) can enjoy 2,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
(3) New energy vehicles with a ticket price of more than 70,000 yuan (inclusive) to less than 150,000 yuan (exclusive) can enjoy 4,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
(4) New energy vehicles with a ticket price of more than 150,000 yuan (inclusive) can enjoy 6,000 yuan electronic consumption coupons.
Note: The purchase price of the car is subject to the "total price and tax" amount of the uniform invoice for the sale of motor vehicles.
04 Issuance process
(1) New vehicle purchase (May 1 to June 30, 2024)
The new car ticket issuance time must be from 00:00 on May 1, 2024 to 23:59:59 on June 30, 2024, and the registration time for new vehicles must be from 0:00 on May 1, 2024 to 23:59:59 on July 7, 2024.
Tips: New cars need to be registered and licensed at the Zhengzhou Vehicle Management Office.
(2) Unified verification (from 10 a.m. on June 1, 2024 to 17 a.m. on July 10, 2024)
1. Consumers who have completed the purchase and registration of a new vehicle according to the activity time can enter the Xingyang Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity section through the homepage of the "CCB Life" APP at 10 a.m. on June 1, 2024 for qualification verification. 2. The consumer declaration must upload the driving license of the purchased vehicle (the license plate number of the driving license must be the license plate number of the vehicle registered for the first time, and the license plate number after the license plate replacement cannot pass the qualification verification), the car buyer's ID card and the car purchase invoice for qualification verification. 3. The qualification verification channel will be opened from 10 o'clock on June 1 to 17 o'clock on July 10, and all consumers who have completed the purchase of a new car and registered a license plate in accordance with the requirements of the event can conduct a qualification verification review. Tips: If consumers encounter problems in the qualification verification process, they can call CCB customer service (0371-63666605) for consultation.
(3) Centralized rush for consumption vouchers (from 10 a.m. on July 15 to 17 a.m. on July 19, 2024)
Consumers who have passed the qualification verification can log on to the activity page of the "CCB Life" APP at 10 a.m. on July 15, 2024 to collect the consumption vouchers, and each person can only grab one car consumption voucher each time, while supplies last.
The issuance of automobile consumption vouchers does not conflict with the "Implementation Rules for Automobile Trade-in Subsidy" issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance.
05Rules for the use of consumption vouchers
(1) Verification time of consumption vouchers: Before 23:59:59 on August 19, 2024, the unused vouchers will be automatically withdrawn.
(2) Consumption vouchers are limited to physical merchants in Xingyang City (see the "Building Life" APP activity page for details for the list of merchants). If you use the "CCB Life" app to make payment, the consumption vouchers will be automatically cancelled when they reach the full reduction standard. Consumption vouchers can be used in conjunction with discounts and reductions provided by merchants.
(3) The electronic consumption voucher package consists of single consumption vouchers of 200 yuan, 500 yuan, 1,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan.
(4) When a single consumption voucher is used, the consumption amount must be greater than the face value of the consumption voucher, e.g. $200.01 for a $200 voucher to be used. Only one voucher can be used for each settlement, and consumption vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction.

The qualification verification channel will open at 10 a.m. on June 1, 2024 and close at 5 p.m. on July 10, 2024. Passing the eligibility check does not mean that you have successfully received the voucher.

The rules and time of the subsidy for automobile consumption vouchers are subject to the official announcement of the event. Do not believe the misguidance and promise made by others to you that "you will definitely receive consumption vouchers when you buy a car".

Due to the large number of car buyers and the limited number of consumption coupons, it is difficult to successfully grab coupons, so consumers are requested to look at it rationally.
