民警叔叔说:″你走不动，好了，我扶你出去。″
这个男子竟然说:″你碰我一下试试。″

目前，铁路公安机关根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第23条的规定，对这个张某予以行政拘留六天的处罚。
占了别人的位置，还理直气壮的说你碰我下试试，这人真的太嚣张了。在警察叔叔面前都这么放肆。在普通人面前他是何等的嚣张。嚣张也谈不上，只是无赖而已。
感觉对这种人只是拘留六天，是不是太轻了，应该对他判15天罚款5000，然后他的征信也要教育一下才行呀！下一次他又这样子的话，那是不是扰乱了社会秩序了？
他这种人这样的行为是属于故意的。
他之前坐火车的时候都是这样子操作的吗？就是买了无位无座的票，然后就这样霸占人家的座位的？
我有的时候，会比较同情买不到有座位票的人的。只是，如果占着别人的座位不走的话，那就是故意的，那就是一个老赖了。
