Today, Shen Wenjie is a structural engineer at Hunan Fude Electric Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for the production drawings and BOM production of various containers such as load, diesel engine, energy storage, etc., as well as the structural optimization and change of finalized products, the maintenance of BOM of product structural parts, and the tracking and handling of production and engineering feedback problems.
"Structural design is an important part of mechanical design, which is related to whether the product can achieve various functions with high quality. Shen Wenjie said that after completing the drawing design, he often went to the production workshop to discuss the CNC machining of the product with the masters, and the design should not only ensure the use of the product, but also consider the beauty of the product and the later use effect. How to make a high-efficiency and beautiful product? When he first came into contact with the 13m diesel engine, Shen Wenjie was faced with a difficult problem: to rationally combine the electronic components weighing dozens of tons such as the silencer system, the silencer, the diesel generator, and the fuel tank. In order to overcome this problem, he soaked in the factory every day to study, studied more than 200 kinds of item lists, designed more than 300 drawings, lasted more than 100 days, and finally made a "craftsman" that amazed customers.
In the 9m load container project, he innovatively put forward the proposal of canceling the large sealing plate on the back of the waterproof door and fixing the structure by using stiffeners.
