Under the guidance of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, the event was organized and carried out by the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum, the Yuexiu District Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Yuexiu District Education Bureau, and the Zhuguang Street of Yuexiu District.
On the morning of April 27, the organizers held a launching ceremony at the East Park Cultural Square and released a series of activities.
The drama "Set Sail in the East Garden" (excerpt) performed by the young students of Guangzhou Institute of Technology has a touching plot and sincere feelings, which instantly brings the audience back to the turbulent historical years more than 100 years ago.
The members of Guangzhou No. 7 Middle School and Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School gathered in front of the commemorative sculpture of the League to review the oath of joining the group, showing the demeanor of outstanding young people in the new era.

The undertone is bright
The red gene is rooted in the soil dyed red with the blood of the revolutionary martyrs, and continues in the cause of unremitting struggle from generation to generation.
Based on the centennial history of hard work of generations of young people under the leadership of the party, Guangdong Gebo combines the red venues and historical and cultural resources within its jurisdiction to tell the stories of revolutionary figures, and lead the majority of young people to strive for a new era with red faith and write a chapter of youth.
The "Red Power, Youth Faith" sitcom will vividly reproduce the heroic deeds of Feng Dafei, Liang Guihua and Zhou Qijian;
At the "Your Youth @ My Youth" salon, Mo Mingcong, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and Executive Captain of the Nanshan Volunteer Service Team, Hu Guo, a National Outstanding Communist Youth League Cadre, and Liu Wenjun, a Gold Medal Commentator, and other youth representatives from different industries in the new era will have a dialogue with their ancestors across time and space;
In the immersive explanation of "Zhang Yunfeng's Masterpiece Book" and the reading of the red family letter, the commentators of Guangdong Gebo will vividly reproduce the martyr Zhang Yunfeng's affectionate thoughts for his loved ones and his firm confidence in the future of the revolution, leading the majority of young people to understand the revolutionary righteousness and the feelings of the family and country.

The theme of the event focuses on "youth", focusing on the background of "youth" of young people, and carries out activities in 11 major sections, such as "Youth Overture", "Youth Creativity", "Tribute to Youth", "Self-improvement Youth", "Art and Beauty Youth" and "Youth Power", in the form of cultural creativity, script tours, sitcoms, flash mobs, etc., to show the good spiritual outlook of young people in the new era who are vigorous and forge ahead.
The students of Guangzhou City Vocational College created more than 20 sets of cultural and creative products based on the buildings, cultural relics and characters of the Memorial Hall of the First Youth League, and created a gathering market for young people during the "May Day" period with the theme of "Passing on the Spark";
More than 100 students from Guangzhou University will use "flash mob + dragon and lion dance", "flash mob + martial arts" and "flash mob + hand-painted" to show the versatility of young people in the new era;
The "Youth Wave 1922" script tour sponsored by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism and the Guangzhou Federation of Social Sciences led young people to experience the turbulent revolutionary years with the popular "red + script killing" model in recent years, and injected youth into red education.
In the "Youth Imagination" activity, the Yuexiu District Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Yuexiu District Education Bureau, and the Zhuguang Street of Yuexiu District will organize a large number of outstanding League members to enter the memorial hall and relive the moving years of the East Garden of the Flag Exhibition.
The memorial hall of the First National Congress of the Youth League also set up an interactive installation of "I cheer for youth!", everyone can become a part of cheering for youth, with strong participation and interaction.

This activity was supported and participated by a total of 17 units in different fields such as streets, secondary vocational schools, universities, special schools, and mass organizations, fully demonstrating the strong atmosphere of co-construction and sharing of red culture propaganda in Guangzhou.
Through the "Youth Kinetic Energy", Guangdong Gebo and Guangzhou Youth League School jointly created a visit to an exhibition, listened to a group class, sang a group song, reviewed the oath of joining the group, left a youth quotation "Five One Gas Station", and organized the launch of the "East Park Sailing" drama performed by Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College and Guangzhou Technician College;
The Guangzhou Disabled Persons' Federation organized a group of special children to show the self-improvement of young people in the new era through allegro and musical instrument performances;
Guangzhou Literary and Art Volunteer Association, Guangzhou Rehabilitation Experimental School, Guangzhou Kangner School and other units also gave strong support in the event.
The 2024 May Fourth Youth Cultural Activity Week will lead young friends to relive the turbulence of the burning years in a variety of forms, relive the noble demeanor of the revolutionary ancestors, provide a broad stage for young people to tell youth stories and show their youthful demeanor, practice the youth oath of "please rest assured that the party is strong and the country has me", and gather the majestic power to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Activity content: Through the performance of the integration of the disabled and the able-bodied, through a variety of artistic expressions such as allegro, musical instrument performance, and red propaganda, it shows the self-improvement style of special young people in the new era.
04 Art and Youth - "Inspiring Youth" Art Exhibition and Performance Flash Mob Activity

Content: More than 100 students from Guangzhou University staged a wonderful artistic feast in Dongyuan Cultural Square in a flash mob through dragon and lion dances, martial arts performances, dances, hand-painted scrolls and other forms.
05 Youth Power - "Your Youth @ My Youth" Time and Space Dialogue Theme Salon

Activity content: Three young representatives from different industries in the new era told the historical stories of Zhang Tailei, Yun Daiying, and Yu Xiusong in the form of "time and space dialogue", and paid tribute to the revolutionary ancestors with their own struggle experience.
06 Youth Imagination - "Youth Talk" sharing meeting

Activity content: In 2024, new league members, activists, youth league members and outstanding youth representatives of Yuexiu District walked into the memorial hall of the First National Youth League to relive the deeds of the revolutionary ancestors in carrying out the youth movement and the struggle of the blue wisps of the road.
07 Youth Faith - Drama Performance and Red Family Letter Recitation

08 Surging Youth - "Youth Wave 1922" Script Tour

Activity content: Relying on the memorial hall of the First Youth League as the activity venue, it integrates different elements such as the current popular script games, scene interpretation, and secret room decryption, and shows the audience the revolutionary story of the Youth League created by a group of aspiring young people who are struggling to explore national rejuvenation under the leadership of the party, and leads the audience to immerse themselves in reliving the revolutionary beacon years through the interpretation of scene creation NPCs.
09 Youth kinetic energy - "five one gas station" experience activities
Activity time: April 27 to May 5, one per day
Duration: 1.5 hours/session
Activity content: Visit an exhibition in the memorial hall of the first congress of the regiment, experience a micro-class of regimental history, review the oath of joining the regiment, sing a regimental song and leave a youth quotation, and dialogue with the revolutionary ancestors across time and space. Through experiential activities, we draw motivation from the spirit of our revolutionary ancestors and gather majestic youth power for the development of the new era.
10. "Looking for the Prosperous Years of Youth" H5 online interaction

Activity content: Visitors to the memorial hall of the first group can look for the 4 QR codes hidden in the venue when viewing the exhibition, immerse themselves in the history of the first group of the group, and share it to the WeChat circle of friends after completing the task to receive exquisite cultural and creative products.
