Recently, with the smooth paving of 14,000 square meters of asphalt concrete, the main lane of Kunming 5th Road (Xizhou Avenue - Fenghe Avenue) municipal project was officially opened to traffic. The project is located on the south side of Area B of Hubin Province from Xizhou Avenue in the east to Fenghe Avenue in the west, and is an east-west traffic secondary road connecting the area.

As an important supporting facility of the "one station and one plan" of Shijingli Station of Xi'an Metro Line 16, after the opening of the road, tourists who get off from Shijingli Metro Station (Exit B and C) walk 600 meters west along Kunming 5th Road to reach the Shijingli Scenic Area. The opening of the road will further weave the regional road network, smooth the microcirculation, and provide convenience for tourists and nearby residents.
Fengming Road Viaduct Project
Recently, the 15th link of the Fengming Road Viaduct Project across the Xihu Railway has completed the first pushing, laying a solid foundation for the closure of the whole line.
Up to now, the asphalt paving and street lamp installation have been completed in the section from Tiantai Road to the Afanggong toll station in the west of the project, and the construction of bridge expansion joints and marking lines has been completed by more than 90%;
After the completion of the project as a whole, it will further enhance the level of interconnection between the central urban area of Xi'an and the Xixian New Area, and provide strong support for promoting the integration of Xi'an and helping the construction of Xi'an as a national central city.
Jianzhang Road Community Health Service Center (Phase I) Project
Recently, the Jianzhang Road Community Health Service Center (Phase I) project has entered the construction stage of the main structure on the ground. The project is located in the south of Fengchuan Road and east of Tianzhang Avenue in Fengdong New Town, with a planned land area of about 5.9 acres and a total construction area of 7614.28 square meters.
After the completion of the project, it can meet the needs of more than 70,000 people in Jianzhang Road Street for basic medical care, public health and other community health services, and provide a more convenient community medical environment for the people in the district.
Feng Ho Qili Town Dongli DK4 Project East District

Recently, the pile foundation construction in the east area of the DK4 project in Dongli, Qili Town, Fenghao was successfully completed. The project is located in the south of Kunming 9th Road, north of Kunming 10th Road, west of Hanchi 1st Road and east of Hanchi Road in Fengdong New Town, with a planned construction land of about 63.131 acres and a total construction area of about 193,700 square meters, including 6 residential buildings, 1 commercial building, 1 community supporting building and underground garage and other supporting facilities, with a total of 996 residential buildings.
