The town has promoted the quality and efficiency of people's mediation work from the perspective of "zero escalation" of disputes, "zero stock" of backlog resolution and "zero spillover" of contradiction adsorption, continuously deepened grassroots grid governance, realized the normalization of grid inspections, the specialization of grid mediation and the institutionalization of grid supervision, and continuously built the forefront of people's mediation. Up to now, the Daman Town Joint Police Station, court and other departments have carried out a total of 18 police investigations and docking, handled 14 petitions and contradictions and disputes, and effectively prevented and reduced the occurrence of "civil to criminal" cases.
