In order to further promote the spirit of model workers and give full play to the exemplary and leading role of model workers, on the occasion of the "May Day" International Labor Day, the live broadcast room of Huangyan Community, Zhangjiacun Street, Beilin District, Xi'an City, invited Mr. Ma Xi'an, a municipal model worker in Xi'an, to be a guest in the live broadcast room of "Little Red Boat" to serve the people and share his story with residents and friends.
Mr. Ma was a little restrained when he participated in the community live broadcast for the first time, but after chatting with the staff, Mr. Ma soon opened up the conversation box and told everyone his story. It is understood that since Mr. Ma joined the work in 1977, he has conscientiously apprenticed to learn art, honed his skills, loved his job, and successfully completed the work assigned by the factory ahead of schedule, which has been well received by leaders and employees. In 1983, because of his outstanding work performance, he was named "Xi'an Model Worker", was commended by the municipal government, and was named the representative of the 11th People's Congress of Lianhu District the following year. In 1987, Mr. Ma became a member of the Communist Party, as an excellent Communist Party member, he set an example, worked hard, put the interests of the unit first, actively offered suggestions, dedication and love for his post, established rules and regulations, and united employees to make contributions, which was well received by employees, units and superiors. His work experience vividly interprets the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsman spirit of advanced workers in the new era.
The audience in the live broadcast room was moved by Mr. Ma's simple and sincere language and hard work, and left messages one after another, praising Mr. Ma, saying that they were deeply inspired and encouraged, and that they should strive to be the first to create excellence and achieve good results in their future work. When asked by the staff what work insights he would like to share with young people, Mr. Ma encouraged young people to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, have the courage to take responsibility, work hard in their respective positions, and give full play to their roles.
After the broadcast, the staff of the Huangyan community took to the streets to send holiday condolences and blessings to the frontline workers who still stuck to their jobs in the rain.
