It is understood that the basic skills competition of teachers in Beichen Street Kindergarten covers four items: curriculum storytelling, children's singing, storytelling, and children's dance. In the course storytelling session, the participating teachers observed, analyzed, evaluated, supported and reflected on the lesson, and told the children's children's funny words. In the children's playing and singing, the participating teachers' dexterous fingers traveled on the black and white keys, interpreting the charm of music with beating notes. Teachers who can tell stories "shine" in the eyes of children, and the participating teachers dig deep into the connotation of the story from the selection of materials, props, and on-site expression, and use rich expressions and body movements to make the characters in the story vividly displayed in front of everyone. In the children's dance performance, the teachers turned into smart dancers, showing their strengths, interpreting "childlike innocence, innocence and childlike fun" with full enthusiasm, confident smiles and coordinated dance steps, showing their youthful demeanor and high-spirited spirit.
After the competition, the judges scored on the spot according to the comprehensive performance of the participating teachers and the scoring rules, and selected one first prize and two second prizes for each project.
