Notification of flight control
In order to ensure the safe and smooth holding of the 2024 May Day cultural tourism series of activities in Kangbashi District, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the flight of "unmanned aircraft" in Kangbashi District is controlled, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Control area and time
Control area: north to Nari Street, west to Sarawusu Road, east to Wurendu West Road, south to the south bank of Wulan Mulun Lake.
Control period: from 13:00 on May 1, 2024 to 24:00 on May 1, 2024.
2. Control measures
1. In the above-mentioned large-scale event control areas and time periods, it is forbidden to fly without reporting "unmanned aircraft".
2. For those who fly in the above areas in violation of regulations, the public security organs will temporarily control the "unmanned aircraft" and make it make a forced landing, and seriously investigate the responsibility of relevant personnel in accordance with laws and regulations.
3. If the public finds that there is a violation of the provisions of this notice, they can call 110 to report to the police.
4. During the implementation of the control period, if the relevant units or individuals have flight needs, please file with the Public Security Management Brigade of the Kangbashi Public Security Bureau in time, and only after the record can they fly in the designated time and area.
